Blue Light Village hotel

Room lock not good, other gear coming in at mid night,WiFi bed signaling.

Upon arrival I was not allowed to check in. I still haven't received my money back and it has cost me more time and money to find other accommodation. I hope they will sort it out for me.

It's and alright place for the price

I booked and paid for this hotel through Expedia, received a confirmation email, and arrived at 10 p.m. only to be told they were fully booked. Staff made no effort to help and told me to “talk to Expedia.” Eventually, the owner came out and said they had a room because someone hadn’t turned up, which felt like a favor rather than honoring my booking. The room was very basic, with no TV remote and no air-conditioning remote — I was told to climb on a chair to switch it on manually. Later that night, staff knocked on my door again insisting there was no record of my booking or payment, forcing me to chat with Expedia well into the night. The next morning, when I returned my key (after paying a $20 deposit), reception again claimed no confirmation and tried to charge me a second time. Only after checking in the back did she say “it’s fine,” without apology. The on-site restaurant was also disappointing: the pizza I ordered was honestly the most disgusting I’ve ever had. Breakfast wasn’t included, and the restaurant didn’t open until 8:30 a.m., far too late for travelers catching early ferries. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. Whether the issue was Expedia, the hotel, or both, the lack of professionalism and basic hospitality was unacceptable. I won’t be using either again.

We haven’t check into the hotel because the hotel said it’s already fully booked.please refund our money

We were in the new wing. Overall it was ok and very convenient to get to Prince Charles Park. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are not soundproof, you can hear the people next door whispering.

Everything was good just the wifi didn’t reach to our room.

Beds were comfy, staff were pleasant but people, road and machinery noise throughout the night. Dealt with the cockroaches, but the man hiring a room for 3 hours was a low point

The place needs some maintenance and a little more connection to wifi for a better experience but the customer service was good tho

Bathroom needed towel railings

Huone oli ihan ok: aika iso ja hyvät sängyt. Se oli kuitenkin vähän kärsinyt: kolhuja ja tahroja oli ympäriinsä. WLAN oli vain respassa, ei huoneissa. Sijainti oli hyvä lähellä Nadin keskustaa. Paikassa oli kahvila, josta sai ruokaakin. Olin varannut huoneen ilmastoinnilla, mutta minulle annettiin huone ilman sitä. Kun sanoin asiasta, tuli johtaja keskustelemaan kanssani, kuinka Hotels.com myy huoneita liian halvalla ja että maksamani hinta on oikeasti ilman ilmastointia olevan huoneen hinta. Hän ehdotti, että maksaisin lisämaksua, niin saisin huoneen jossa on ilmastointi. Pienen keskustelun jälkeen sain kuitenkin ilmastoinnillisen huoneen ilman lisämaksua.

The staff members were very helpful. The main gate was closed for security reason. I came at 11pm and the security officer came and opened the gate. There was no disturbance in the night. It was very quiet.

Would not recommend

we did not stay at all as it was not what we expected. we left on same day we arrived as not as clean as we expected. we wanted to ask for refund if still possible

I don’t recommend living this property for anyone

Location

The amenities were non existence. Wifi only worked in lobby, no restaurant or cooked breakfast as per ad. What saved the place was the friendly staff and location.

Too old inside

Take this as feedback, not a complaint. I booked 2x Luxury Suites and were given two of the grottiest rooms on 2nd floor which I suspect were the Double rooms. Rooms were side by side but were completely different in decor, made up of random pieces of furniture and mismatched stained linen. Aircon didn't work for one of the rooms, wifi and tv (no channels) didn't work. Towels were disgusting and were better as bath mats. No tea and coffee making facilities in either room. Floors were cleaned with an oily substance which made the chipped and cracked tiles slippery to walk on. Door handle was broken for 1 room which made it uneasy to sleep or leave the room. On the positive side your location is conveniently located close to town, there is a great 24hr car wash place round the corner (full clean inside and outside FJD$15, ask for Talei!) 24hr reception and the young lady at reception was friendly. Suggest you have a look at what other hotels are doing in Nadi to better line up your property better.
