The staff is amazing and attentive & very helpful . Food is nice at the buffet breakfast The Harvest and also the Italian restaurant next door La Bottega. Maintenance of the room every day is top notch.

The staff was phenomenal! We loved our waitress Rachel, she took care of us every day! The activities crew was top-notch and so fun! Everyone at the resort made us feel so welcome! And we met some nice people! We will definitely be back!

One of the best place I stayed, swimming pool area is great and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I will be surely back next year.

Having ability issues I found getting around extremely easy. I found the staff extremely hospitable., and the hotel well cared for. The music could have been turned down during quiet/relaxing times and only one lift working.

それ以外は、従業員の皆さんはとても親切で優しく安心して滞在できました。施設はまだ新しく快適でした。

Room cleanliness was lacking, we had to ask for spare sheets and repellent for multiple time to recive them. The room we stayed at had a smell , apart from that the property is excellent and very beautiful.

The music around the pool and in the urban restaurant was too loud. So loud in the restaurant that it was uncomfortable and affected communication while dining. It was difficult to relax around the pool with the loud thumping music. Lower the volume and choose music that reflects the serenity of the environment. Other than the music, the staff made the stay very pleasant.

Excellent stay at the resort. Even with all the renovations, it didn’t disrupt the stay at all. All pools were amazing, activities throughout the day for adults were fun. Staff are absolutely kind, caring and attentive to your needs. Simple request for things to get delivered to room didn’t exactly go to plan but that was an absolutely minor. A shop & supermarket was a 5 minute walk down the road to get supplies if needed. I would recommend this hotel for everyone as it is family friendly as well as a good spot for couple get aways!

From the minute we arrived at the hotel, we were looked after. Concierge helping with our bags, a welcome drink, seeing the flames in the lobby lit as we arrived - it all felt so special. We were escorted to our room, which was immaculate. We'd booked a hotel room with a swim up pool and this was beautiful. The room had everything we needed and it just felt luxurious from the offset.
We were only there for three nights and so made the most of the hotel restaurants, which were all lovely with plenty of options. The swim-up bar was a particular favourite.
There were opportunities to take part in water sports and we did the tandem Jet Ski tour with snorkelling which was amazing. All in all, people couldn't do enough for us and we had the best time. We will definitely be back.

Loved our time there. The beach isn’t great. Best way to experience the clear Fiji waters is to take a snorkeling or day trip. Pools are wonderful. Service, beds, and rooms are nice. It’s pretty expensive to eat there, but a small shop a short walk away is a great place to get a few snacks, etc. A nearby restaurant called the Olive Tree is a good alternative. My only complaint is the serving utensils tend to get sticky or greasy on the breakfast buffet. I’d suggest they replace them frequently to avoid transmitting illnesses. We had a wonderful time!

Crown is just a typical western style hotel that caters manly for family’s. Staff are very helpful & very friendly.
Both days we arrived back at our room at approximately 3pm & it had not been serviced not good when we had to shower & go out again ,rang reception 15minutes later housekeeping came & we had to sit on the balcony whilst she serviced the room.
The sheets are not of very good quality very rough & piling also the face clothes are not the usual IHG standard.

When we arrived at 9pm and entered the pool access twin room, the beds were half made with bedding folded up on desk. Toilet seat was up and urine on the toilet. We called housekeeping and they sorted it quickly and were very apologetic.
Room was renovated, but when you look around so many small things in the room unfinished/unpainted. After the first room service, housekeeping left one towel in the bathroom for 2 Adults/ 2 Children. Walking around without shoes in the room showed just how dirty the floors are. We booked and stayed just for 2 nights at Nadi before going to another smaller island.
Service around the property was excellent. Everything else with the resort was stunning. Food at the Italian restaurant was excellent.
Pool was great for kids (and adults).
Breakfast buffet was somewhat average and the selection of food was not comprehensive compared to other Fiji hotels. Our egg order never arrived at our table.
Despite the stay being far from perfect for us, we would stay again, it appears we were just unlucky on this stay with the issues experienced and the hotel renovations overall are really looking great and I am sure housekeeping will improve over time.
