Hexagon International Hotel

While book on line it says there is wi- fi ability but when we arrive there front office says there is no wi-fi

We couldn't sleep well when we were woken up around 2 am with a really bad noise couldn't work out where it was coming from then we worked it out the noise was coming from the fridge had to turn it off very noisy with the planes also I think this property hasn't got any insulation because I have stayed at Mecure right next door and never heard planes

I wasn’t happy because we can hear the guest from the other room arguing all through the night, slamming doors shut loud and opening, we can hear everything so clearly.

Front desk, Staff attitude . Not welcoming

> I traveled all the way from overseas expecting a comfortable and welcoming stay, but this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was not as advertised, cleanliness was below standard, and the facilities were poorly maintained.After a long international journey, this was the last thing I expected. Overall, the experience was stressful and frustrating, and I regret choosing this hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially international travelers looking for a reliable place to stay.

Everything was okay, water was shut off without any warning when needed the most called reception 4 times not once did she replied with follow up ended up calling back for updates.Mattress and pillows may need attention. Price and location is great for the hotel. Beautiful garden and big trees with birds and flowers. Staff were very kind and helpful.

I found on the whole, the hotel,staff lively & very helpful & friendly. It was clean. You hv to adk for more towels & toilet paper when needed, understanding, because of theft. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hexagon & will recommend it highly..

Coming to the hotel we had high hopes. We were promised a nice looking, clean hotel, with three different pools with pool chairs. Already at check in, the personal was rude and unclear. We did not feel as welcomed as we wished. We were helped by the security guard, who was very nice and friendly, to our room. Upon arrival we asked the staff if there was a place to eat som dinner since we were very tired. They guided us to the mall next door. Which, was closed. We ended up eating hungry jacks, just to later be told that the restaurant IN THE HOTEL was open the whole time. Maybe too lazy to make dinner for us? We don’t know. We tasted the food another day and a child could have made it better. Opening the door to our room we quickly noticed that It did not look like the pictures. The shower was weird and sprayed water everywhere, the bedding had stains and it took 2 hours (10pm) to get towels. We had to go down and ask 4 different times until they gave us towels. The fridge was so cold that our things, froze over night and they only cleaned our room one time under 5 days. In conclusion, we’re very disappointed in our stay, even though it worked out, it was not what we expected. We also felt like it was far away from everything.

Staff at desk on arrival was super helpful and friendly.

Overall worth for money

There were cockroaches babies and small cockroaches all over the unit.

Room dirty what you see in the standard room is not there i wont suggest people to stay there . Gekol was excellent hotel to stay in cuvu

Decent and overall reasonable

The room is clean, friendly staff, pool is great and clean, area is safe and quiet. Shops are nearby.

The check was at 1 am and it took 30 minutes to just get the keys.. no wifi on site. Okay stay

I stayed at the hotel because I was flying out. In the next 3 days. I went into the hotel find hair on the floor and dirty towel. Was disappointed!!! They need to check their room before letting people stay in the room.
