Xinh đẹp!! Nơi này gần trạm xe buýt hướng từ hoặc đến Rovaniemi-Saariselka, và các nhân viên rất thân thiện !! Họ cũng có địa điểm Aurora, dành cho những người muốn chờ đợi cực quang (đáng buồn là thời điểm đó tuyết của chúng tôi). Và về hành lý, bạn phải tự mang theo bằng chiếc xe trượt tuyết độc đáo mà họ đã chuẩn bị cho khách. Các bữa ăn sáng cũng tốt. Điều duy nhất là căn phòng không đủ ấm, vì vậy chúng tôi đã nói với họ và kỹ thuật viên đến ngay khi chúng tôi kết thúc bữa tối và họ tăng nhiệt như những gì chúng tôi muốn. Dịch vụ tốt!

Amazng.....Accommodation Queen Igloos so comfy and cosy. Food delish, staff so friendly. Northern Lights snowmobile ride was such fun but cold, wear as many layers as you can, guides were great. Saw the northern lights from bed. Had only booked one nights as reviews were saying best to for staying in the Igloo but I'd stay longer, Igloos are spacious and u can control the heating.

Tivemos um problema no check in desagradável, trocaram nosso quarto que era o melhor por um inferior ao chegar no quarto percebi que não era o qual eu reservei e paguei , graças a Deus que tinha um recepcionista brasileiro e disse que o que eu estava era mais caro eu disse que não queria então após bater o pé ele disse que foi erro no sistema, muito estranho meu chalé tinha a cama com teto todo de vidro e me deram um com cozinha horrível .

Apukka resort was a wonderful place to stay. Me and my wife stayed for two nights, and all the place was amazing specially the cabins, also a really good place to see northern lights. The stuff was really kind.

Hotel com bom cafec da manha. Funcionários atenciosos. Isolado do centro da cidade, mas disponibilizado um onibus, pago a parte, em horário reduzido que leva ate o centro de Rovaniemi, caso nao esteja de carro.O hotel disponibiliza roupas de inverno para os hospedes. Há opções de esportes de inverno, passeios de rena , sauna finlandesa. E com sorte ver a aurora boreal do Iglu. Achei o deslocamento entre iglu e recepção escuro, merecia mais iluminação. Nao há serviço de quarto. Para se comunicar com a recepção eles disponibilizam um numero de wahtsup. Nao usei. Ha restrições quanto ao tempo de agua aquecida nas torneiras, nos informaram que daria para no maximo 20 minutos de banho. Ate que a agua levassse um tempo para aquecer novamente .

We came here hoping for the type of romantic, once in a lifetime experience you see on Instagram. What we got was bad weather, and a "resort" with no included amenities, and that is close to absolutely nothing. Youre stranded here, with nothing to do besides book their activities for $150. This was the most disappointing place ive ever stayed in over 36 countries.

Ottima posizione per ammirare l'aurora boreale, anche da dentro le stanze. Peccato per la luminosità troppo alta dell'insegna del ristorante e del resort che rifletteva sui vetri della camera disturbando la vista dell'aurora boreale. Pulizia non eccezionale. Personale della reception poco competente e informato sulle condizioni di mezza pensione e altri servizi offerti dalla struttura, in evidente contrasto con quanto era invece stato precedentemente comunicato via mail. Ristorante Aitta eccezionale!

Form the moment you arrive you are made to feel most welcome by the staff every member of staff was so nice and welcoming. The place its self is simply stunning a once in a lifetime experience. We stayed in a room with a glass roof so you lay in bed and see the Northern Lights. The room was spotless the food was divine, heaven on earth.

This place is an absolute winter wonderland. The accommodations made everything so convenient. The food was good, there was a nice selection of food and beverages. The cabin was amazing. I highly recommend and we will be back again!

We had an amazing stay in Apukka. The aurora cabin was beautiful and cosy, and we were so lucky to see the northern lights so vividly from bed! The staff were friendly and there is a great range of activities on site. The grounds are stunning to walk around, and it is very peaceful. The breakfast is fabulous with a wide variety of foods - a huge bonus was a lot was lactose free. The shuttle bus to and from the resort (stopping at Rovaniemi city and Santa Claus Village) was very useful. All in all a great stay worth every penny.

Muy hermoso, todo muy limpio. El único detalle que deben tomar en cuenta y mejorar, es el de crear una manera de que te lleven las maletas a tu habitación. Las habitaciones están muy lejos y si hay nieve se dificulta trasladarlas. Lo demás espectacular.

Beautiful property and the cabins are just amazing! Everything was perfect! The front desk welcomed me kindly and professionally, also they provided recommendations on places to visit and restaurants. This was my birthday and they even gave me a birthday card! Very special!
