J'étais en voyage avec ma nièce, nous avons trouvé l'hotel très bien.Accueil parfait, personnel charmant et efficace. Prestation très bien : hotel neuf, agencement studio très bien, eau chaude arrive très vite. Accoustique très bien : on n'a pas entendu les bruits du couloir, des chambres voisines et assez peu de la ville (on est à Paris !).

Je recommande cet etablissement très original dans sa conception. Le personnel au top pour satisfaire la clientèle.

Rigtig god beliggenhed og trygt. Servicen er on top. Ulempen er ingen parkering i området ellers så koster det 50 euro i nærheden af parkerings kælder i døgnet

Personnel trés sympa, appartement trés propre et fonctionnel, bar et espace de travail trés acgréable

酒店地點不是很方便 夜晚回去的那段路比較靜 沒有街燈 感覺有點不安全 我住宿共5晚 只有1日有幫忙清潔 實在太少

Chambre sur le périphérique mais tres bien isolée phoniquement. Par contre clim mal réglée et trol trop trop chaud dans la chambre.. sinon tres bien. L'hotel est neuf et on essuie les plâtres (pas de wifi et de télé le dernier soir).

Situé à 5 minutes de la Porte d'Italie dans un quartier très récent. Hôtel moderne avec restaurant et bar. Les chambres offrent une vue sur le périphérique. Le beau parc Kellermann se trouve à proximité immédiate.

Le séjour s’est agréablement très bien passé. L’équipement est parfait, l’hôtel présente différentes services, hyper utile par contre petit bol, connexion coupé en pleine nuit au niveau de la télé qui correspond un câble Ethernet donc plus de télé à partir d’une certaine heure jusqu’au lendemain.

Hôtel récent où la climatisation fonctionne très mal dans les deux chambres utilisées (24 à 26°C). Pas de piles dans le coffre le premier jour, éclairage lavabo défectueux. Pas de TV ni de Wifi le dernier jour

I stayed there for almost 2 weeks. The hotel is new and clean. All facilities (kitchenette, shower etc.) worked fine. The location, though not having any interesting sightseeing point or restaurants close by, is close to a metro station (around 8 mins walk). However the property is surrounded by many construction sites which makes walking in and out not on easy path. So at this price it is acceptable to stay for 1 or 2 days. However if you stay longer, many issues arise. 1. poor sound proof - you hear what next room is doing and always hear the doors outside banging 2. strange big noise from the toilet and water system. If others flush the toilet or turn on the tap, your toilet and water system will "roar". That made me wake up for a few times in the middle of the night. 3. room supplies and cleaning are scarce, and not all staff are helpful. I was given 4 capsules on the table when first checked in, so after 4 days I asked the receiptionist for replenishment. But he refused and said the capsules and tea bags were only "welcome gifts" and could not be replenished. How ridiculous. Then there was no room cleaning for more than a week, which made the rubbish bin overflow and smell with food.

Alles perfekt, sauber, gutes preiswertes Frühstück für 15 Euro. Sehr guter Geruch, gute Verbindung in die Stadt durch Metronähe

Hôtel récent et propre. Nous étions du côté de l’autoroute, c’était très bruyant dès qu’on ouvrait la porte du balcon. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait 25 degrés en permanence !

Excellent stay, very clean, very kind staff, the apartment was well furnished, modern, access to laundry, food was very ok we tried breakfast and dinner. Very close access to different means of transportation. We absolutely recommend this place. Enjoy
