Arome Hôtel

Der Aufenthalt war prima. Die Kommunikation war gut, die Zimmerwände sind ziemlich hellhörig, Das ist dieses mal das erste Mal aufgefallen, weil ich einen etwas lauten Nachbarn hatte. Bei den anderen Aufenthalten war es bisher nie ein Problem.

エレベーターが無い位で、スタッフの方皆さん親切で、ロケーションも便利、隠れ家的なホテルで、全くストレス無く過ごせました。トラムの駅からも近く、ビーチにも近い、そして静か。また利用したいです、

Hotel was very clean and in a convenient location. Room was, as advertised, very small and only accessible via stairs. When I say small, the shower is barely large enough to turn around in and there is not enough floor space to open two suitcases. Again, this is not a knock on the property - it’s what they advertised, but travelers should go in eyes wide open.

A tidy room perfect for a solo traveler. Check in was smooth, and they even helped me with my luggage up the stairs as there is no elevator.

Very unique property with a French charm. Loved that they delivered croissants every morning. The hair dryer was broken, so they gave me one to use, which I appreciated very much! It seems to need a little tlc. The area seems safe and convenient, but it’s a little dirty in the area.

The staff was very polite and friendly. Bathroom/toilet areas extremely small...and I'm 5'9"...I know it's Europe, but too cramped for 2 people.

スタッフはとても親切で、ホテルにお昼に着いたらクリーニングのスタッフにあと何分で部屋使えるか確認してくださり、あと10分で部屋使えるから待っててとコーヒーを出して待たせてくれました。 ホテルは空港からつながっているトラムの駅くらも海までも歩いて5分ぐらいでとても便利。スーパーも近くに３軒ありこちらもとても便利でした。

I had a lovely stay here. The staff was super kind. He even carried my luggage up to the room since there’s no elevator, and he took the time to explain all the details about the room. The location is very convenient, with a laundromat, grocery store, and the beach all close by. My favorite part was the fresh croissant delivered to the room each morning, hanging right on the door. Such a nice touch!

It was dingy and cramped with peeling paint and mold in the shower. The bathrooms smell like a sewer and are barely separated from the bedroom. But this was only the tip of the iceberg. Every day when we left our room, we’d lock the door. And every evening we’d come back to find it fully unlocked. We asked an employee about this and he said only “It’s the cleaning lady.” We had to SPECIFY that we wanted her to lock the door. We returned next day to find the door fully unlocked again. Finally, on our first evening around 11PM my friend and I were talking in our room, and a woman knocked on the door and asked if we could keep it down. We apologized profusely and were silent from then on. The walls are super thin. There was no music on, no TV, just us having a conversation. The next day when we were coming back to our room the hotel manager (?) stopped us and said there had been a problem. He said we had been loud. We immediately apologized profusely again. The bizarre thing is that he proceeded to berate us for a good five to ten minutes. He said she had recorded us (HUH?!) and after 10PM you have to be very quiet (no one had said this). He said we were at risk of being kicked out and acted like we had committed a crime. I’ve never felt more unwelcome anywhere. I’m a quiet person, I try very hard not to bother others, and we stopped as soon as we knew. We were terrified the entire rest of our stay, tiptoeing, barely whispering, scared to brush our teeth. Horrible.

Nice, small hotel. Good for a short stay

The hotel was absolutely charming and convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the very large tub. Elaine was especially nice and helpful. When we arrived, she carried our heavy bags to the first floor reception area and held on to them while our room was being readied and then left them in the room for us on our return from exploring Nice. The day we were leaving, she kept them for us while we took a train to Mentón and Monte Carlo. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend Arome and would absolutely stay there again.

Cosy hotel located only a short walk from the beach. Friendly staff, who were willing to help, all though not all of them talked English. The rom was nice, and it was cleaned every day, which I loved. However, the rom was thin-walled and could be quite noisy. Note that there is no elivator, so we had to carry our luggage up to the room.
