The young lady on reception went out of her way to help me get a meal as the nearby restaurant was closed and there was nowhere nearby that I could reach on foot. We conquered the language barrier and I was able to have a meal delivered. Excellent service.

Local simples mas bom para passar uma noite. Chegamos além do horário e fizemos check in por nossa conta, sem precisar de recepção. Foi um bom custo benefício.

Calme , parking protégé, restaurant intéressant très proche ( à pied ).
Petit bémol, petit déjeuner moyen car viennoiseries pas du jour, mais c’était un dimanche !

The email I received confirming my booking did not include a booking reference number - which was need to gain entry. However, the lady who answered when I called using the intercom was very helpful and supplied the number.
I then used the system to order two breakfasts for the following morning. However, next morning, it transpired neither my name nor that of my companion appeared on the list of guests who had paid for breakfast. When I checked my printed receipt I saw that it credited me with having paid not for two breakfasts, but for "two animals". - which was not what I had ordered. However, once again the member of staff was very helpful and we quickly and amicably came to an understanding.
