2e séjour dans cet établissement pour les fêtes de fin d'année, entre une arrivée tardive et du personnel pas toujours disponible, 2 nuits passées dans une chambre avec odeur de cigarette, et un chauffage faible, la dernière nuit a été dans une autre chambre de meilleure qualité (sans odeur et mieux chauffée), un contrôle préalable aurait été mieux.

You cant check in early because theyre closed from 11am to 5 pm. They email you a code to get in however the machine was broken. So we had to wait to get in until someone arrived which thankfully was early. The room was very bare and basic, like a college dorm room. Hard beds. 1 pillow and 1 towel only. Nothing extra. Only a hospital-type curtain to close off the shower/sink area. Toilet closet is separate. Its all very clean however. Breakfast buffet was €10 extra and very ample. Staff very efficient.

Il est précisé lit double, mais j'ai eu 2 lit jumeaux l'un contre l'autre avec leur matelas respectifs.
Du coup, durant la nuit les 2 matelas se séparaient.

Un grand merci à l'équipe pour l'accueil , après 6h de route c'est fort agréable d'être reçu avec le sourire et à l'écoute de la clientèle .
