L’accueil a été au top car j’avais besoin d’une place de parking et on m’a arrangé. Encore merci d’avoir trouvé une solution ! Le personnel est très agréable, toujours un bonjour et avec le sourire. Le seul petit hic a été la douche que j’ai trouvé petite sinon la chambre était bien et au calme. Je reviendrais sans hésiter car bien situé

Staff is beyond hard working, accommodating, professional and welcoming! It does get very warm in the room but there is a window you can open to get fresh air. I will be more than happy to stay again.

Stayed 2 nights and it was very comfortable. Great location and price. 15 minutes easy walk from the central train station. Very clean and lovely staff. There seemed to be a few ambulance or police sirens every now and then in the evening but the nights were quiet. Would stay there again.

Séjour d’une nuit pour une escale. Arrivée tardive mais avais pris le soin d’appeler sur la centrale téléphonique de l’hôtel (0892xxx donc cher) pour avoir confirmation de la procédure d’accès … qui n’a pas fonctionné du premier coup. Il n’y a pas de présence physique à partir de 20h et la communication avec l’agent via l’interphone n’est très bonne. Heureusement la chambre en elle-même était bien et propre, et le personnel rencontré sur place le lendemain matin était serviable et souriant.

Its location was ok for me--18 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the arena, with Carrefour stores nearby. The included breakfast was good. The room was very quiet except for other guests in the corridor or closing their room doors. The bed was comfy.Some attention was needed when using the shower, as it can flood a little if you're careless.

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful especially with off site parking. The lift was over used as staff and guests used the same one. The AC was effective but noisy. The room was quiet but quite small. The shower cubicle was small. During our 2 night stay our room was made up and fresh towels provided. No tea/coffee making facilities. It is a 10min walk to the Arène in Nîmes and a 35 min drive to the Pont du Gard. The hôtel is situated in a none tourist area which was fine with us.

Séjour d une nuit sans l hôtel, très bien dormi très bon rapport qualité prix. Et le petit déjeuner était très bien complet et de bonne qualité. Si tous les hôtel de la chaîne sont comme celui ci je le conseille

Great location. Friendly staff. 10 minute walk to centre of town. Very accessible for wheelchair. Kettle and hair dryer provided when asked for. Good breakfasts great value. Would recommend this hotel

The staff are outstanding, really helpful and with a smile. Breakfasts are great value. 10 minute walk to colluseum. Lots of good value eateries within 15 minute walk. there is a self service launderette 5 minutes away along with small supermarket. Buses and trams stop outside the hotel. In town behind the railway station you can get buses to Avignon or Arles for 2 euro each way

La única pena que tengo es que solo pasamos una sola noche en Nîmes porque todo fue perfecto. Empezando por el chico de la recepción, que fue súper amable, la habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios y olían genial, la cama comodísima, buena ubicación para visitar la ciudad, restaurantes y supermercados cerca… además el hotel cuenta con máquinas expendedoras y un microondas. Volvería a alojarme sin duda.
