Nice place but spa time is limited to one hour per person per night - we were lucky and sat next to pool but many went, nice place to stay mrs had a facial and she smiled!

Hotel magnifiquement agencé avec prestations haut de gamme. Spa piscine et toilette a jet etaient les bien venus. Mets savoureux et copieux au bar le soir accompagné d'un tres bon vin. Petit-déjeuner dejuener a la hauteur de son prix je recommande cet hotel au personnel accueillant et dévoué a leur client. Le directeur lui meme n'hésite pas a vous servir au petit dejeuner.

Only used as stopover hotel on our way to the Stelvio Pass in Italy but it was a great choice. A very modern, welcoming and comfortable hotel, with all amentities you'd expect for a 4* hotel. Our only challenge was food hotel dining options on the evening, only charcuterie boards available and that's not our thing, disspaointed but not a reason to not stay at this lovely hotel

This was actually the worst hotel night I ever have had. And I have spent thousands of nights on hotel over the years.
The room and bathroom were spacious and good.
However the ventilation in the room was non existent.
The room temperature was 25 C!! And NO WAY of cooling the room. The control for aircon not working. Why the control needs to be so bright as a headlight in the room is also a mystery?
This was not up to Best Western standard and not a 4 Star Hotel.

de très belles prestations proposées mais un manque de maintenance et tournée de chambre fait que :
notre première chambre balnéo fonctionnait pas ni TV de la SDB donc transfert dans autre suite et là le wc japonais ne fonctionnait pas, la douche était presque bouchée, la TV de sdb non plus et balnéo fonctionnait une fois sur deux... nettoyage du patio non réalisé

Modern, very well appointed and comfortable, this 4* hotel overlooks its golf course. It is located just outside the historic town of Arras (like Brussels, but much nicer) and convenient for WW1 venues like Wellington Quarries, the CWGC visitor centre and Vimy Ridge Canadian memorial - all highly recommended. The car park has plenty of room, with level access and well marked bays suitable for wide cars. The hotel bar and restaurant are excellent with a good selection of beers and wine. The food is excellent (but not cheap) and breakfast is comprehensive.

The first room we were given had a some kind of electrical hum noise (not the aircon, or bathroom fan, something louder, possibly elevator electricals).
This was super-quickly handled by the Excellent reception staff who assigned us another room.
The second room (like the first) looked great. Great bed, TV, bathroom. Lots of plug sockets and USB charge points. Perfect. Very considered and well-built hotel.

The perfect stop over point for our journey. Excellent facilities and the most beautiful views over a stunning golf course. Wonderful attentive staff, fantastic menu and beautifully presented dishes. Great ambience. Super spa. Everything and more you could need in our suite. Truly excellent.

The atmosphere was lovely, reception was welcoming and very helpful. Our room was lovely with a lovely bathroom which I didn’t want to get out of the shower. We ate in the restaurant which the food was great. Didn’t manage to get to spa/pool but will definitely stay they again. For golfer your straight onto golf course.

Parfait du début à la fin.
J’ai malheureusement eu un problème qui m’a contraint d’annuler ma seconde nuit en dernière minute et l’hôtel était totalement compréhensif.
Je recommande très fortement ce splendide hôtel avec de très belles prestations (incluant le restaurant)

Very pricey for the quality of stay. They market as a golf hotel with golf course views, however, was not made aware in any way they are not affiliated with the golf course, which was closed at end of May when I was booked to stay and primary reason I chose the hotel. If you don’t mind paying through the nose for a very average stay (only allowed 1 hr in the “spa area” per day btw), fill your boots. You’ll get to rub shoulders with the likes who park their Ferraris in the handicap spaces.
