Très bon accueil, un monsieur charmant qui m'a donné un plan de la ville, m'a mis à disposition ma chambre dès 14 heures afin de laisser mon sac pour partir visiter la ville. Sac à la consigne le lendemain.

Hotel tres bien situé, tout peut se faire à pied.
Nous avons pris une chambre familiale , tres bon rapport qualité prix, propre, lits confortables.

Probably the friendliest, most chilled hotel I've ever stayed in.
Staff couldn't do enough for you and always very welcoming.
The hotel is a beautiful, 16th century building in the old town centre, which is amazing.
I was in a room which faced to road so, sometimes, it could be rather noisy, but the streets are very narrow and it's an old building.
Only issue I had was a lack of hot water in the evening but it wasn't a major problem.
A 2 star hotel which makes up for it in many other ways.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting Troyes to connect with old friends and the location was ideal as it was a short walk to the train station and all of the places we wanted to visit in town.
While the hotel is fairly basic, the room was large and clean.

Chambre très bien et tres calme. On a tres bien dormi. Le seul petit bémol cest les oreillers ils sont petits et je n'en ai pas trouvé un second dans l'armoire car l'habitude de dormir avec de gros oreillers.
Le personnel tres sympathique,tres accueillant, souriant.

L’isolation des murs et des planchers est inexistante.
Dans le bâtiment qui se situe au dessus du parking un luminaire automatique se déclenche au moindre passage d’insectes ce qui a pour effet avec des rideaux d’être très dérangeant durant la nuit.
Enfin l’absence de ventilation et aération des pièces d’eau augment de façon gênante le taux d’humidité.
Le personnel est très agréable

Friendly helpful staff , location excellent. Room was clean and very adequate .
Only issue was it was extremely hot due to weather and due to a smallish room in an old building there was rest bite from the heat even with the fans in the room .
