Bạn sẽ được yêu cầu thanh toán cho nơi lưu trú các khoản phí sau. Phí có thể bao gồm các loại thuế hiện hành:
- Đặt cọc: 400 EUR mỗi lần lưu trú
- Thuế do thành phố quy định: 2.60 EUR mỗi người, mỗi đêm. Không áp dụng thuế này với trẻ em dưới 18 tuổi.

- Chủ nhà chưa cho biết có máy báo khói tại nơi lưu trú hay không

Loin des remontées, ascenseurs peu pratiques, appartement/mobilier/sanitaires vieux, literie peu confortable, piscine froide et jacuzzi interdit aux enfants ! La propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous, beaucoup de poussière en arrivant dans le logement. Le ménage n'est pas fait dans les parties communes et le comble, il faut nettoyer la cuisine alors que le ménage est censé être compris dans le prix. À ce prix il vaut mieux louer un appartement et aller au restaurant midi et soir... Nous sommes très déçus, nous nous attendions à une résidence de standing ! Nous n' y reviendront pas

Seul bémol, l'accès à l'appartement. Il faut prendre deux ascenseurs et cheminer dans des couloir en changeant de bâtiments. Cela devient compliqué quand il y a du monde qui utilise les ascenseurs car on perd pas mal de temps.

Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. All the basics were there but we would not recommend the kitchen for any serious cooking (Microwave/Combination oven and a small hob). The Wifi was absolutely awful. It constantly asked for a login and when you did connect the signal didn't even allow emails to be sent unless you walked closer to reception. My wife and I resorted to paying for 4G via Vodafone to access the internet, really disappointing. The pool is ok but given the number of apartments, far from relaxing due to how busy it gets. Overall a good location, with basic amenities and would recommend if you just want somewhere as a base to go and explore from.

AIME : SERVICES PROPOSES dans l'offre initiale (wifi, piscine, équipement cuisine, ...)
PAS AIME : pas de wifi ni 4G dans appartement alors que vendu dans la prestation (reponse acceuil "oui, on le sait" > pas digne de 4*) + accès espace détente (salon, coin lecture / repos, billard...) fermé à 20h, vu du balcon sur immeuble alors qu'achat prestation Gold, surcout des services supplémentaires (9€ lessive !!)

Une très belle résidence à proximité des pistes, des commerces. Alors oui les quelques ascenseurs peuvent faire peur mais une fois le système compris (et notamment le jeu des passerelles) tout est à proximité et sans être mouillés !
Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse, réactif et disponible. Le Spa "o des cimes" est juste superbe
Bref un super séjour !!

It is not really a 4 star hotel, it is more like a self-catering apartment with a concierge and spa. Overpriced. We didn't notice any signs of 4* apart from swimming pool.There was no room service,no cleaning,no breakfast,no safety locker,poor WiFi. You even have to clean the kitchen and strip the beds down before checkout!
We arrived late and there was nobody at the reception, the hotel was closed! We didn't get any welcome email and nobody told us that reception closes at about 9p.m. Hopefully, I called a day before to ask about taxi and they told me how to open the locker and get the key if we come late, I got this information only by accident! otherwise we could have spent the night outside! In the locker we have found an instruction how to find the room and it was in French only! It was a real adventure game, there are 5 or 6 lifts, we spent about 30 minutes and used knowledge of all 5 foreign languages we speak. Someone wrote in comments about this problem earlier and they still have not translated even basic instructions and guidance.
No towels in spa and they asked us not to wear our flip-flops in spa. It is not hygienic.
Location is good for skiing.Good slopes, good restaurants, lots of ski rental shops, friendly people. Not sure if it is easy to store ski in the hotel, we rented lockers down in the village

Het was een heerlijk appartement dichtbij de piste. We hadden een 4 persoonshuisje geboekt en kregen een 6 persoonshuisje. Dat was heerlijk, want anders was het heel krap geweest (we waren met 2 volwassenen en een baby). Het appartement had een zeer complete uitrusting, ook in de keuken. Dus ben je met 4 personen: boek minimaal een 6 persoonshuisje gold. Bij silver is de tweede slaapkamer erg krap (1 nachtkastje en geen kastruimte).

We didn't get any welcome email and nobody told us that reception closes at about 9p.m. Hopefully, I called a day before to ask about taxi and they told me how to open the locker and get the key if we come late, I got this information only by accident! otherwise we could have spent the night outside! In the locker we have found an instruction how to find the room and it was in French only! It was a real adventure game, there are 5 or 6 lifts, we spent about 30 minutes and used knowledge of all 5 foreign languages we speak. Someone wrote in comments about this problem earlier and they still have not translated even basic instructions and guidance.
No towels in spa and they asked us not to wear our flip-flops in spa. It is not hygienic.
Location is good for skiing.Good slopes, good restaurants, lots of ski rental shops, friendly people. Not sure if it is easy to store ski in the hotel, we rented lockers down in the village

Het was een heerlijk appartement dichtbij de piste. We hadden een 4 persoonshuisje geboekt en kregen een 6 persoonshuisje. Dat was heerlijk, want anders was het heel krap geweest (we waren met 2 volwassenen en een baby). Het appartement had een zeer complete uitrusting, ook in de keuken. Dus ben je met 4 personen: boek minimaal een 6 persoonshuisje gold. Bij silver is de tweede slaapkamer erg krap (1 nachtkastje en geen kastruimte).
