This is an adorable location in a quaint area. We arrived late in the evening and didn’t get to utilize the spa and pool, but they looked impressive. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitively recommend.

Excellent accommodation. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very helpful staff too. Wish we had booked to stay longer. Will definitely return and would recommend to others.

A notre arrivée nous avons demandé s'il fallait réserver une table au restaurant et on nous a dit que ce n'était pas la peine et quand nous nous sommes présentés pour dîner nous avons été refoulés au motif que c'était complet et que nous n'avions pas réservé ! Le fait d'être client de l'hôtel et d'avoir fait ce qu'on nous avait dit (ne pas réserver) n'a rien changé a l'affaire. Nous attendions d'un 4 etoiles qu'il trouve une solution:rajouter une table ou nous dresser une table dans la salle du petit déjeuner attenante par exemple...même pas !
Par ailleurs l'aménagement de la salle de bain est étonnant pour un hôtel de ce niveau :le coin douche se trouvant directement dans le coin wc sans séparation d'avec la cuvette ?
Au total une révision des procédures de communication entre accueil, restaurant et client est sûrement nécessaire ainsi qu'un réagencement de certains (ou tous?) ensemble douche/wc.

Établissement qui vieillit mal, jacuzzi aux appartements remplis de polystyrène, appartements très sale, pas de serviettes, peignoir ni cendrier alors sur la terrasse est pleine de cendre…. À 400e la nuit pour les 2 appartements….. j’ai un très gros doute sur un futur voyage chez eux…petits dej offert pour compenser…

Bel établissement idéalement situé aux abords du centre historique que l'on peut rejoindre par une petite passerelle. Mais l'état général de l'hôtel est dégradé, moquettes tâchées, porte de chambre branlante... Bref, une belle surface de chambre mais qui mériterait un rafraîchissement.

L'hôtel est un très bel immeuble.
Ce qui est très dommage c'est la saleté de la moquette dans les parties communes.
Ça fait un choc de voir une moquette avec tant de tâches, alors que notre chambre était très propre à part quelques petites dégradations au niveau de la douche.
Petit déjeuner très cher pour ce que c'est!

Les grandes chambres et terrasses sont très agréables, et l’hôtel est globalement très bien , reste toujours les deux mêmes bémols depuis 5 ans que nous y allons : le parking souvent plein après 21h et le ménage de notre côté ( parking ) fait à la va vite … dommage . Mais c’est globalement un bel hôtel très bien placé

The hotel is quite dirty, and things were falling apart. For example our hotel room door handle fell off on both sides. The shower had black mould on the tiles, there were watermarks around the basin. The sofa was stained and generally everything was quite poor. I am just glad that we only had to stay for one night.

Accueil superbe, petit déjeuner très bien. J’ai demandé une chambre à 2 lits, j’ai eu un appartement avec 2 chambres dont une un canapé déplié (voir l’état sur la photo)
