Do not expect luxury. The hotel is a little outdated and basic, however I can’t say enough good things of the owner/administrator. He is extremely kind and helpful The hotel is walking distance to the Cathedral and very safe to walk around at any time.

Une chambre hardcore… en plus d’être vieillot ce n’était ni propre ni bien entretenu. État lamentable, mobilié plus que vétuste et délabré. Je ne pense pas qu’une lunette de WC coute chère…. Évier bouché, le personnel qui ne parle pas français, impossible de communiquer ce qui doit arranger les marchands de sommeil (propriétaire), vu qu’en général les personnes ne restent pas longtemps, on ne fait rien.

I was greeted kindly upon arrival and allowed to check in early which I appreciated greatly. Unfortunately the place wasn’t too clean, I found that my towels were stained and one side of one of my pillows also had some unsavoury marks. I also ended up with some itchy bites on my legs, so there is possibly a problem with bed bugs. Lastly, dispite my checkout being 17.00, the cleaner came in at 11.00am without knocking, and despite the fact that I had the please do not disturb sign on the door. This made me feel rushed to leave and wasn’t a great end to the stay. I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.

The location is very good to access the sanctuary. The staff is friendly and helpful. The included parking is a bit far away (250m uphill), but street parking is easy to find nearby and free overnight. The facilities are a bit old, but clean. Included breakfast was also very good. The overall value for price is very good. A great option if all you are looking for is a place to sleep while visiting the sanctuary.

Accueil agréable , mais … toilette sale sens le pipi , au Rez de chaussée , matelas inconfortable, ventilation par 2 ventilos extrêmement bruyant , chambre non dispo avant 14 h , pas de salle sécurisée pour y mettre nos bagages ,très mal isolé, table et siège à l entrée sale . Une fois payer , ne vous attendez plus à beaucoup d attention à peine un au revoir au départ Les clés des chambres sont à la disposition de tout le monde non sécurisé, apparemment ça risque rien puisque selon les propriétaires nous sommes à Lourdes … lol …a fuir

Pas cher mais on sait pourquoi service pas top on demande des draps ou un coussin en plus ils répondent oui mais il vienne jamais ! Pareil pour la télé qui fonctionne pas on demande de repérer et personne vient ! Mais pour le prix ça va !

Les photos des chambres et celui obtenu sont totalement différentq!! Nous avons cru rentrer dans un établissement 3 étoiles, mais une fois la chambre reçu c'est un 2 étolies à peine!!! avec 1 chambre de 9 m2 pour 3 personnes inacceptable.Moisissures dans le rideau de bain,impossible de rentrer dans les wc si on a une grande corpulence, papier peint dechiré dans la chambre, fil electrique denudé pres la porte d'entre, moquette tacheté et marqué par des passsages, armoire bricolé pour les vetements, poigné qui s'envole, impossible d'ouvrir la porte de la salle de bain si on pose la valise dans la table de la chambre, beaucoup de detail a changer. Petit dejeuner non continental comme décrit. Croissant et pains chauds lorsqu'il y a du monde sinon, froid et remballe les autres jours. Cette expérience et ces notes seront effacés par quelqu'un surement!!!!

Au vue du prix, l'hôtel est convenable. La literie est confortable, c'était propre mais très minimaliste. C'est un hôtel assez désuet qui mérite de légère amélioration. J'ai inondé la salle de bain en prenant ma douche, pas de barre de douche pas de paroi de douche juste un simple rideau, j'ai passé 10 minutes a eponger la salle de bain.Nous étions au sixième avec une mansarde il y a mieux a faire pour occulter qu'un vieux rideau avec seulement la moitié des anneaux. Le petit déjeuner est correct, la boisson chaude est servie a table. Le gérant et le personnel sont très agréable. Après nous sommes hors saison donc très peu de monde, heureusement car vu l'insonorisation des chambres ça doit être insupportable quand l'hôtel est plein. Le sanctuaire est a deux minutes a pied donc bien situé. J'estime que cela reste malgré tout un bon rapport qualité-prix pour la chambre triple que nous avions pris.
