Great location! You could not get any closer to Chenonceaux castle if you tried! Room was very large, with separate seating area, desk area, and bed. Helpful staff and delicious dinner. Nice bar area with room to read near the fire. Would stay again!

Personnel accueillant , la salle de restaurant était belle et il y avait qq convives mais nous avions déjà dîné , pas de petit déjeuner qui ne débutait qu’a 8 h Hélas l’escalier de presque 20 marches étroites recouvertes d’une vieille moquette marron beige, rampe marron comme dans les années 60 et surtout les grosses taches d’eau de Javel ? disséminées devant un placard et les portes des chambres défraîchies et rayées à la serrure peu fiable font plus 2 étoiles que 3 Rénovation urgente par exemple avec un parquet synthétique peu cher La chambre propre et le lit confortable une bouilloire avec 2 sachets de thé et 2 de café soluble bas de gamme ( une machine genre Nespresso aurait été appréciée ) moquette sans tache salle de bain propre 2 étoiles intérieur de baignoire glissante I seul distributeur pour shampoing et corps paroi en plexiglas mou La chambre est calme C’est dommage car l’environnement est agréable et le jardin bien entretenu Parking bien pratique dans le jardin Quand les petits travaux indispensables seront effectués nous y retournerons volontiers

Hôtel de charme. La décoration est en adéquation avec la ville, ancienne mais romantique. Très grand lit et salle de douche propre. Wc séparé. Bouteilles d’eau et bouilloire avec café hyofilisé et thé à disposition Oreillés supplementaires Petit dejeuné sucre-salé en buffet très bon avec produits locaux. Piscine bien agréable après avoir passé la journée à marcher au Château (serviette mise à disposition à la réception) Personnel très sympa et souriant Seul bémol (pour nous) n’accepte pas les chèques vacances

Le personnel est très agréable, la nourriture est bonne et la chambre est vaste. Cependant, elle a besoin d’être rafraîchie. Il n’y a pas de porte pour la salle de bain, qu’un simple rideau. Pas de porte ou vitres pour la douche en angle, que des rideaux. Le pommeau de douche date d’une époque révolue tout comme les matelas qui ait défoncés. Cet hôtel a déjà connu de meilleurs jours et il serait temps d’y remédier puisque la gentillesse du personnel ne peut pas corriger les lacunes matérielles.

We had two rooms, each with a sleeping area, nicely-furnished sitting area, and large bathroom--all this for an unbelievable reasonable rate. The dining room is beautiful. The breakfast, was outstanding and reasonably priced. We did not have dinner here. The front desk staff and dining room staff were extraordinarily helpful and capable.

Great choice to visit the nearby Chateau and parking is a breeze. Bird droppings only problem but nature that is also what makes the the area so calm.

Hôtel très bien tenu avec un personnel professionnel et agréable. Notre chambre était très confortable (double supérieure) et calme. WiFi ok, parking et piscine, tout est comme promis. Le petit déjeuner est classique et bon. Nous y reviendrons quand nous reviendrons à Chenonceaux. Merci à toute l'équipe !

Room was well cleaned. Cleaning staff were friendly when we passed them as we were departing. Room was quiet and enjoyable, bathroom tired and basic but functional and clean. Swimming pool was larger than expected and a peaceful haven. Negatives were lack of receptionist at departure, being presented with our “bill” and not being permitted to leave without paying… we had already paid. We booked the hotel on account of its recommended restaurant which we were told on arrival wouldn’t cater or amend their existing menu to cater to vegetarians nor vegans. Ridiculous in this day and age, you cannot claim “eco” credentials if you are forcing meat and dairy and offering no alternative. Equally, you cannot claim to be environmentally conscious while offering nescafé sachets for coffee! Nescafé instant coffee has no place in a mid range room. Do better - people expect local ingredients, demonstration of eco awareness and better service. The welcome at the hotel was great, the person went out of their way to accommodate my reduced mobility and changed our room last minute which was unexpected, but we were very grateful for. Fortunately the hotel opposite was really accommodating in adapting their menu and offering dishes that were meat free for the duration of our stay. They really went above and beyond for us and we would recommend others to eat there.

Bel hôtel au charme ancien. Tres bel salle de petit déjeuner avec un beau buffet complet. Nous n’avons pas essayé le restaurant, mais il semblait complet. Nous avons bien profité de leur piscine qui est à l'abri des regards avec un joli jardin autour

Hotel carino, personale gentile, letto comodo. Unico neo ho avuto una camera la cui finestra dava sulla strada quindi riduceva un pò la privacy

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay here. A five-minute walk to the chateau de Chenonceau and short drives to many others. Excellent service. Plan to dine in the restaurant; the cuisine is wonderful with fair prices and excellent servers, and the atmosphere on the beautiful terrace couldn’t be better. Very quiet at night. Easy parking. Hard to imagine what else one could want. (A personal note: I stayed in this hotel about 20 years ago. When deciding to return to this area, I remembered the staff and how much I had enjoyed my stay and selected it again. I will select it the next time as well and recommend it to friends. The hotel is run by the same management as it was 20 years ago. It is beautiful, and the people running it are terrific! Wonderful time! I will certainly be back. Thank you to all the staff!)

入住當天旅館接待人員晚間主動詢問我們幾點抵達，我們當時預估九點左右，我們大概九點零五分抵達後，旅館人員也還在櫃檯等待我們，其實他是九點下班，很感謝他加班為了迎接我們。 整個飯店很有歷史感，有可愛的花園，距離雪儂梭堡步行五分鐘即可抵達，房間寬敞有一個小陽台，也有提供咖啡茶和礦泉水，也可以直接向櫃檯購買夏儂索堡的門票，免除排隊的時間。 唯一感覺較不便的是沒有電梯，但是考量飯店的歷史，能夠理解。 旅館有自己的停車場，不額外收費，非常方便。
