A lovely hotel in a beautiful location with fantastic staff, we loved it! The only things that could possibly be improved on for us would be a few more restaurant menu options and possibly refreshing (painting/silicon and varnish) the bathroom. Thank you for letting us stay!

Pas de room service Les chambres sont nullement digne d’un 4 étoiles et encore moins digne vu le prix qu’on paye la nuit.. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment moyen avec que des produits industriels.. quasi peu de produits maison, et le choix n’est pas ouf.. L’environnement est très beau mais le reste ne suit pas trop surtout au vu des prix de la chambre

Bel hôtel bien situé, charmbre confortable. Déçu par le rservice au restaurant . Lors d’une soirée pluvieuse notre réservation n’a pas été honorée et c’est en allant au restaurant que l’on nous a prévenu et pas avant !!! Service lent !!! Iles serveurs passent devant vous sans jamais vous demander si vous désirez commander au moins un apéritif… la plage ne semble pas être entretenue et lorsque les chevaux passent le matin personne ne vient nettoyer leurs besoins…

On a vraiment été deçu par cet hôtel A notre arrivé personne pour nous aider avec les bagages( réponse de l'hotel : celui qui s'occupe de ce service n'est pas là il vient demain alors qu'on est arrivé à 16h) Ils proposent un service pressing quand on leur donne un vêtement à laver(une chemise) ils te disent que ça prend 2 jours alors que notre sejour était de 3 nuits donc ça ne servait à rien Hors déjeuner et diner, on ne trouve rien à manger à part le bar plage qui ne propose que des salade et ferme à 18h La plupart de ceux qui travaillent là-bas ne connaissent pas du tout la ville, ils ne sont meme pas renseignés, donc vous ne pouvez avoir aucun conseil ou renseignement Et la plage n'était pas belle du tout, beaucoup d'algues. Bref on n'y retournera sûrement pas et on ne le recommande pas du tt, à ce prix là le service devra suivre

my friend and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, in general I must say the location is amazing, it's really heavenly, beautiful beach, the restaurant and the food is 10/10, above all, very friendly staff especially the manager in the restaurant and Leopold one of the staff, he was very professional and friendly and helpful. Room and view were nice. However, there are three points that made this stay a little unpleasant 1. the air conditioning did not work and there was a standing air conditioner that was very loud and made it impossible to sleep (we were promised a discount but when we checked out we were still charged the full price) 2.The internet did not work well, we had to change rooms which was also not helpful so I had to use my own data all the time. 3. Eva one of the staff at the bar was very impolite, at first we thought it was just us, but then we heard it from other guests, which is a shame for such a great hotel. Apart from these points everything else was really great, I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Porto Vecchio.

Jai ete obligé de monter nos 4 bagages moi même. Suite a notre arrivée tardive,a 21h30 aucune possibilité de prendre le diner au restaurant ou de service en chambre. Petit déjeuner moyen. Pas de fruits frais. Hotesse incapable de nous donner des informations sur des excursions marines.

Très bel hôtel situé en bord de plage. Le restaurant est bon et les serveurs aimables. En revanche nous devions partir très tôt pour prendre l'avion et nous avons demandé la veille un petit déjeuner à emporter. Nous ne l'avons jamais eu. Dommage de partir le ventre vide quand on paie une chambre 390 euros. C'est indigne pour un hôtel de ce standing.

La plage devant l’hôtel est absolument magnifique. L’hôtel se fond totalement dans la végétation les pins. Cadre idyllique. Bon restaurant et copieux petit déjeuner!

Très bel hôtel sur la plage spot exceptionnel Personnel sympa Mais des défauts à ce prix là Pdj terminé à 10h00 trop tôt donc aucun pdj et pas de room service Snacking pendant la journée trop réduit et souvent en rupture de stock Plage de sable fin sale ! Elle pourrait être ratissée tous les matins pour retirer les restes d’herbes de la mer
