Hotel Padoue

Great location, a block away from Lourdes Basilica. We stayed overnight and the room with a loft was comfy for 5 people. Would stay here again.

If I could rate this hotel 11/10, I would. We stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Padoue and we could not have chosen a better hotel. We were a group of 6 in 3 rooms. Everything from the location, staff, cleanliness and facilities were excellent. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Padoue to anyone looking for accommodation option in Lourdes.

Awful stay, they should refund the money. We stayed 2 nights. After first night we left the room after 3 and they have not cleaned the room; I went to reception and ask why and to make sure they did, I was told they haven’t finished and not to worry, they assured me they would clean. We came back after 7 and the room was not cleaned. I went down again and was told housekeeping had left. They gave me a couple of towels and an apology. MLL

The staff is great but the cleaning crew was horrible. These was lots of hair underneath the bed covers, the cups at the sink had a thick old toothpaste ring inside and the upper level bathroom had a horrible BO the would not go away. Pretty nasty.

The lady in front desk of African ancestry was the best person in Lourdes. The hotel room A/C are switch off but she gave us a portable fan with heater. We paid more for this hotel due to A/C but they won’t switch it on claiming weather is cold. Toilet and shower is in separate door

Very spacious and clean! Staff very helpful and welcoming. We had to catch an early flight, they set up taxi and even had sack lunch prepared to go! Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a reservation for one night and decided to stay one more day. Reception was notified we will keep the same room for two nights. After first night we noticed it was after 15:00 and no one showed up to clean the room. I went to reception and asked, thinking they had gotten confused; the lady told us they were well aware, but they haven’t finished cleaning. We decided to leave and came back much later, only to find out they never cleaned the room; no clean towels, etc. I went down to reception and they apologized, however, housekeeping had left already. I’m very disappointed as I’m traveling with an older sister that just finished several cancer treatments and had to rest. Hotel prices and local taxes are so expensive to receive this kind of treatment. Hotel is ok but the service was terrible, and how they handle the situation awful!

The hotel was a easy walk from the grotto of Lourdes. Several shops and restaurants close by. Parking was quite a long arduous walk from the hotel. Great breakfast on site.
