Hôtel de l'Amphithéâtre

Vraiment un très bon séjour. Super accueil (merci Hugo)! Le studio était très propre et spacieux!

Bonjour, j ai séjourné dans cet établissement pour une nuit pour des raisons professionnelles. La chambre double supérieure ne correspondait pas vraiment au descriptif, ni au prix que j'avais payé. Au moment de régler les frais du séjour, je ne regarde pas le détail sur la facture et je m en suis rendue compte 2 jours après qu'il y avait une erreur. J'ai appeler l hôtel, pour la 3eme fois, et demander que ma facture soit annulée et rééditée avec le bon montant. Cela fera 3 semaines, aucune nouvelle, aucun retour. Ma demande est prise en compte, ils vont faire remonter l'information au comptable...... blablabla.... Le service n est pas bon, je n'y retournerai pas.

Good strategic location. Overall stay pleasant for a three stars hotel. I have been upgraded to a large suite due to some inconvenience to drive my car to the hotel. Few matters to be considered: if you have large car do not attempt to to drive there unless you have full written guidance info and your GPS is working properly. Parking to the city main place is preferable. Only five minutes walking to the hotel. Better to book suites at the first floor if you are carrying large suitcase (no assistance from the hotel to carry your bag).

Very nice 'room with a view'! The manager was kind enough to meet us at the entryway door late- We had been delayed an hour in travel.

親切なスタッフの方で、フランス語が拙くてもコミュニケーションできました。部屋も広く綺麗で、かなり満足いく空間でした。

The location is perfect. The property is classic and charming. The room is a bit too small, but the high ceiling reminds you of an old house. I can recommend this hotel.

観光エリアの中のとても便利な場所にあるホテル。大きな荷物があったので、駅からタクシーに乗り12€でホテル前に到着。 大変落ち着きのあるトリプルルームに泊まったが、タオル類をかける場所が少なかった。また、ホテルコムではチェックアウト11:30と表示されていたが、ホテルコムのアプリを提示してフロント確認したが11:00だった。 しかし、フロントスタッフは大変親切て、初めてのアルル観光にはおすすめ出来る。

Noisy heater fan. Even with noise, it does not warm up room. Looks not working properly. My junior sweet room was too dark with a curtained window.

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé. La suite junior est magnifique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Petit bémol pour les personnes à mobilité réduite: La plupart des chambres sont malheureusement très difficiles d'accès du fait de la hauteur des étages et de l'absence d'ascenseur

Room was tiny. Bathroom did not have ceiling, so the odors were shared with bedroom 💩 The staff was owe full and absolutely full of themselves, Cold, cynic and extremely rude Horrible experience !

Unique property. Our room was very small and on the second floor up narrow stairs. Staff were somewhat friendly but did not offer any assistance with suitcases. Hand soap container in bathroom was empty. There was a heat pump unit in the room but even though we attempted to turn it on to provide some heat, it did not work so we were cold during the night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, the whirlpool tub was a nice surprise. Breakfast was hands down the best we had on our trip.

Our room was on the third floor. No elevator so plan on traveling lightly. Not a problem for us but request a lower room if you have mobility issues. The staff was helpful with advoce on what to do in Arles. Breakfast was worth the cost and not to be missed.

The room was terrific although the airconditioning was a bit noisy. Note that there is no elevator nor is there a guest self laundry in this hotel. It is a charming building built in the 1600s with nicely renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds. We didn’t try the breakfast and the coffee was a push button type so also didn’t try. As it is located down a dark, and not well travelled road I wouldn’t have wanted to stay there as a single person but my adult daughter and I managed fine.we were steps from the Roman amphitheatre and ruins. Near to the Saturday market and loads of coffee and other shops and restaurants. Be prepared for lots of stairs. I find if you book through an app such as this we always end up on the top floor and this meant 72 steps to our room! The clerk kindly carried my suitcase up and down. At my age I can’t do that.
