Lo negativo: para llegar a la recepción no hay elevador y hay que subir bastantes gradas en un espacio muy estrecho, luego para subir a las habitaciones hay solo un ascensor muy pequeño que cabe solo una persona con sus maletas y es muy viejo, lento y hace unos ruidos de espanto, la habitación de 9 mts cuadrados que tomé es muy pequeña igual que el baño y no hay desayuno buffet como dice en los datos de la propiedad o al menos no vi nada que se le pareciera aun cuando se pagó por el servicio, además el desayuno que nos dieron fue bastante limitado. Lo positivo es que hay muchas opciones para comer y otros comercios cerca y la principal es que a unos 5 metros de la salida del hotel está una de las entradas de la estación de metro/RER Denfert Rochereau que te comunican con toda la ciudad.

First of all, I have to say that the staff at this hotel is a 10 out of 10. This was the first hotel that we stayed at as part of a longer trip in Europe. The front desk staff was so friendly, accommodating, and very welcoming. We did not speak the native language, and although there was a language barrier, they made our entire check-in process and entire stay so easy. The room was very small, which is normal in this area, but the room and view were wonderful. There is an elevator available after you make it to the floor that the front desk is on, but beware that it’s not easy to get all of your suitcases up the first flight and a half of stairs before the elevator so if you were staying here, you may wanna pack lightly

Breakfast is just a croissant. The rooms are small and the floor is very dusty. The rest of the room was fine though cleanliness wise.

The hotel is very cran. Close to the metro, yhe station and the Orlybus. Plenty of options to eat and have breakfast around. Will be back

Overall it was a good location in Paris and not a bad price. However, the room is VERY small and you do have to carry you bags up a set of stairs. We noticed half of the saff was very helpful while the other half felt like they were mocking us for our terrible french.

Amazing property! Friendly staff, nice neighbourhood

The property itself is a bit sketchy but for 1 or 2 nights, it's fine. The location is very good - during the day. The Denfert Rochereau station is directly in front of the property so convenience to the Metro is excellent. At night is a different story. I'm from New York so I'm not squeemish about homeless people or druggies walking around the street. However, the Hotel itself is in desperate need of an upgrade. The hallway to our room looked like something out of a horror movie and you're basically betting on something otherworldly jumping out at you right before entering the room. While the room itself was satisfactory and clean, it too can do for an upgrade. What I really DISLIKED the most of this Hotel was the fact that the moment you walk in, there's a huge, steep flight of stairs. If you have large luggage, I wish you the best of luck getting up the stairs with it in tow. I won't even mention the elevator at the top of said stairs to get to the rooms because as is customary in Europe, you can only fit 2 people with no luggage or take turns going up the elevator 1 person and 1 piece of luggage at a time. Another detail is that they lock the door of the hotel at night which is good for security but bad if G-d forbid there's a fire or if you plan to leave the hotel in the early morning like we did (we had a 5 am train to London). Our room had a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower so it made up for the setbacks. I would recommend but only for a 1-2 night stay.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel idéalement situé place Denfert Rochereau. L'insonorisation n'est pas complète non plus car l'immeuble est ancien et on est à Paris intra muros, mais rien de déplaisant. La chambre est petite mais plutôt confortable

Very nice service and rooms We’re comfortable and clean. Bigger than most Paris rooms we’ve stayed in. Stayed for 3 nights during a heat wave. No AC but they provided fans. One room the fan was good; the other the fan wasn’t very strong. Noisy with windows open (which was needed this week) but quieter with them closed. Breakfast was basic but good. It was in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants, monoprix and a metro stop. Close to catacombs if you’re visiting that and an easy metro ride to other attractions. Would stay again but maybe not in summer unless booking close to trip to look at weather. FYI if you have mobility issues, while they have a lift to access the hotel there is still a flight of stairs. We enjoyed our stay!

Friendly staff, good transport network and a lot of restaurants nearby

Room was good except small. Bath was also good. We kept hitting the tv with our heads coming out of bath. Staff was very helpful

A localização do hotel é excelente. Fica ao lado da estação Denfert-Rochereau. Boa vizinhança, com boas opções de alimentação, supermercados e acesso aos pontos turísticos da cidade. O staff do hotel foi muito simpático e amigável. Entretanto, ao meu ver o café da manhã incluído na reserva não e adequado. As porções servidas pela funcionária do hotel são limitadas em quantidade e variedade. Acredito que este seja um ponto a ser melhorado. Também senti falta de um sistema de refrigeração do quarto ou de um ventilador.
