Mercure Lille Centre Grand Place

Awesome location. Right in heart of main attractions and easy to navigate around. Breakfast buffet was best on our trip

I stay here regularly. It‘s a good hotel, nothing spectecular but simple a solid Choice.

Very comfortable stay great location near to Euro Lille train station and the Grand Place.

Great place in the middle of Lille

Chambre très petite et mal agencée. Salle de bain dangereuse ! La porte de la douche fait moins de 40 cm avec une marche de 20 cm ! Il faut entrer en se tournant de côté! La sortie est encore plus difficile. Interdit aux personnes âgées. Le parquet grince dans les couloirs et dans la chambre ! Quel dommage car l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Lille.

Nice Hotel, a bit old furnished for the price Level but overall nice.

Central location close to Eurostar and town centre. Some great bars and restaurants in Lille. Recommend La ch’tite brigitte.

Closer to the station than I thought it was, room was of a decent size. It was only for one night but couldn't fault my stay

Je pense que ce n'est pas du tout à la hauteur des hôtels Mercure. Microscopique chambre avec 2 meubles identiques, un qui contenait un petit coffre-fort et un mini-réfrigérateur (vide). L'autre meuble ne contenait rien du tout et semblait avoir été mis là par erreur. Les portes du placard ne peuvent pas être ouvertes, il y a une petite table (très laide) et le lit juste devant! Il y a aussi un fauteuil avec devant lui une table sur roulette, ridicule! Et surtout pourquoi? C'est tellement coincé! Dans la salle de bain la porte de la douche s'ouvre vers l'intérieur!!! On entre dans la douche en se faufilant de côté... Au final, lorsqu'on est dans le lit, on a l'impression désagréable d'être dans une chambre d'hôpital.

Chambre vieillissante et petite pour le prix vous payez l’emplacement… lit avec structure métallique pas stable. (On s’assoit sur un côté de lit et l’autre côté se lève). La salle de bain manque d’hygiène : moisi sur les sur les surfaces de la douche qui ne date pas d’hier tous les joints remplis de poussière, calcaire au niveau des pommeaux de douche qui du coup limite la pression de l’eau. On a tout de même pas mal dormi mais vraiment déçue pour un mercrure comme indiqué à votre personnel.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Lille close to the main attractions. We were in room 306 and it's a good size room with a great view of the city Staff were really friendly. I would happliy stay there again

The outside of the building is remarkable. All of the staff were kind, polite and provided excellent service. I don’t think the rooms rise to a Mercure standard though. I would down grade it as an IBIS. I have stayed in multiple ACCOR properties since 2018. I am a rewards member.

This is a nice hotel with clean rooms, pleasant staff, an excellent location and very good breakfasts. We had room 301, a ‘privilege’ room. They said it was one of their best (don’t they always!). It had a vast lovely bathroom with marble tiles and a walk-in shower. The bedroom was a bit small although looking at the hotel plan many were a lot smaller. We could have done with a king size bed. There were no comfortable chairs - just sit up ones and it would be good to have drawers each side of the bed as well as the large storage cupboard. The single tiny lift is inadequate for a hotel with over 120 bedrooms. These days I think hotels should have facilities on both sides of the bed for charging phones. Having said all that I would stay there again. We found the food in local restaurants heavy with excessive cheese plonked on everything but did not book for any of the posh restaurants. Excursions were easy and we loved The Swimming Pool museum and LaM with its outsider art collection (although it did have a bit of an end o f the season feel - only one map left!).
