Staff were friendly and polite

Nous étions 4, 2 adultes et 2 enfants (11 an et 7 ans). Nous arrivons dans la chambre et nous voyons que 1 lit pour un de mes enfants qui soit fait. il est 18h. Je demande a la reception d'envoyer quelqu'un pour faire un autre lit pour mon second enfant. Le monsieur de la reception vient dans notre chambre car soit disant la personne que j'ai eu par telephone n'avait pas compris ma demande (pourtant simple (on est 4 on a un couchage pour 3 personnes). Il constate et me dit ok pas de probleme j'envoie quelqu'un pour faire votre 4 ième couchage. Il me demande vous voulez maintenant ou plus tard si vous sortez ? On dit plus tard car oui on sort dans pas longtemps. On s'en va, sur le chemin on repasse par la reception pour dire au monsieur en question, c'est bon on part allez y pour faire le lit. Il dit ok. Retour a la chambre 23H on voit quoi ? un lit d'appoint avec un draps et une couette (sans housse) et pas d'oreiller. Je rappelle la reception qui me dit ok j'envoie quelqu'un. 23h20 personne ne vient. Je rappelle, et là on me dit que l'équipe qui fait les chambre n'est plus là mais qu'il revient vers moi quand il a du temps car il y a trop de monde a la reception. Et oui de 19h a 23h30 L'hotel n'a pas été capable de faire un lit enfant correctement. Du coup mon enfant dort à terre avec une couette sans housse. Je trouve ca scandaleux pour un 4 étoiles.

La suite n’a pas de chambre séparée par une porte comme sur la description lors de la réservation !! Nous avons demandé des explications mais on nous a répondu qu’aucunes suite n’a de chambre séparée. La photo sur le site est donc mensongère … Sinon pour le reste prestation niveau Mercure très bien.

Une nuit seulement mais nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le personnel est très agréable.

Hotel muy bien situado y limpio, desayuno muy rico y variado, atención especial de la Sarita. Vanesa de la recepción, nos ayudó mucho con Tips para nuestra visita.

Prachtige locatie, suite was heel erg mooi. Metro op loopafstand en groot shoppingcenter daarbij. Echt een aanrader

Séjour pour un week-end détente. Impeccable, un bonus...l'ambiance des fêtes de fin d'année est déjà en place.

Sauf le restaurant qui l'air neuf, le reste à mettre à jour, l'ascenseur, les chambres, les rideaux qui sont sales... Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4*

The hotel is in the skyscraper dense business district of Paris. Cheaper option than some of the hotels in central Paris and only a short train ride to CDG. The hotel itself is nice with a great rooftop bar with views out amongst the giant structure that surround and the city beyond. The view of the Eiffel Tower at night is stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly. On check in they gifted our kids with some left over Olympics merchandise.

There were a few areas of our room and shower that were a little dirty but nothing too bad. The headboard/wall art was broken. Otherwise all was good the sheets were clean as were the towels. The staff were helpful if a little condescending when I tried to speak French 😂

The hotel was very well situated. Easy to check in and out. Very comfy beds. Very tasty breakfast. Staff was very kind and helpful. The AC was tricky to work- no matter the setting the room didn’t get very cool. After a long day of walking and riding the Metro, it was hard to cool off at night to sleep.

Other than the parasites in the bed, it was not too bad. Oh comma and we didn't like the mold in the shower.

Nice location, nearby the train station la defense. Supermarket is 5 minutes away. Friendly staff at the reception. Bathroom is very small. There is coffee stain on the carpet and sofa in the room.

I wasn’t too happy with this hotel at all. Firstly, I purchased an adapter but it wasn’t working so I asked for a refund. Unfortunately I didn’t get a receipt so I showed them my bank statement and everything but they didn’t refund me because according to them, they couldn’t see any transactions made. Worse part of it is that they even kept the adapter and offered me nothing. Not even a new one. So now I’ve lost money. Also the room was so cold.

We had our flight Venice to Paris cancelled due to Italian strike, called as soon as we got the email to try and manage not losing the whole reservation and they declined every suggestion. We understand the hotel has its own rules, but this was something we could not know, there were no plane ticket or even train tickets that would allow us arriving the day of our reservation, only day before or days after. They charged the whole cancellation. These are things costumers appreciate, individualizing cases, knowing when to be flexible and when a cancelation is not an option.

Noisy! The room had no ironing board nor iron. Was horrible
