Good place to stay not too far from Eiffel Tower. This location is not the one closest to the Tower though. Staff was good to us.

Razoável. Quarto com cheiro ruim. O café é bom, mas é limitado, para um 4 estrelas eu esperava mais. Mas realmente o cheiro no quarto foi o pior.

3 night stay , the hotel has a 4 star rating which in my opinion is not worthy.
The breakfast is poor , the staff in friendly and rude. The bed and pillows very poor quality. The bar shut yesterday and never any staff to get a drink.

We stayed at Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle for 3 nights. It was okay. The check-in was fast. Room was clean, not so big but just okay for 2 people. 1 water per day only for 2 persons. NO VIEW which I requested but they said it's because they are undergoing renovation, which they did not inform us before we booked. They did not put a note on their website at Hotels.com. I booked at their hotel because I saw the pictures but it was totally DIFFERENT when I got there. That's why even the UBER drivers are having a hard time finding the hotel because there's no signage.

水壓足夠而且水夠熱，但沒有漱口杯，而且飲水杯都沒有，需要到前台要求服務員提供，浴室嘅紙巾，住咗五晚，只添加過一次，另外張床褥比較遠枕頭唔係好夠高地氈嘅質素比較舊好多污漬，同埋淋浴間嘅玻璃擋不住水，所以水由企缸流到門外。

Recoomend this hotel, staff helpful and friendly. Room fair size, clean and with large rainfall shower, bed very comfortable. Comes with fridge and free safe. Had issue with our fridge light and reception girl couldn’t be more helpful. Great location, Duliex metro opposite hotel and easy to walk to Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was limited but had the usual pastries and had scrambled egg, bacon, baked beans, toast and cold meats and some fruit. Staff super friendly. There is no actual bar in the hotel, but alcohol is in fridges in breakfast room if required. Overall, we couldn’t fault it.

Perdieron nuestra ropa, por una confusión de ellos que se debía mandar a la tintorería, el personal de la noche literalmente dijo que ellos no harían nada, mi hermano se quedó a esperarla y casi pierde el vuelo, fue terrible como manejaron las cosas, en mi vida volvería a ir, personal grosero, cero amabilidad, terrible experiencia
