Séjour court au sein de l'hôtel Ibis grand Palais, idéalement placé à proximité des gares. Personnel très souriant et agréable. Petits services plus pratiques (dépôt de bagages à l'arrivée et au départ...) Très bon séjour.

Ideal spot for a couple of days in Lille (grandparents and a teenager) Room nice, spacious, good third bed. Decent shower etc. Hotel staff helpful and friendly, luggage storage etc. Nice bar, very good breakfast buffet. All round a good stay, easy to walk to the older parts of the city to explore, easy to get to restaurants.

It's a clean but basic hotel and the room we got was spacious enough for me and my son. The previous year for Series Mania, I stayed in Hôtel Barrière Lille which is a more upscale experience but I find Ibis Lille Centre Grand Palais more convenient. As a whole my son and I had a good stay but wished there could be more amenities like a fridge or a kettle.

Yanis nous a parfaitement accueilli et très bien renseigné. L'hôtel est propre et les chambres confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu'à tard le WE et c'est très appréciable. Il y a aussi pas mal de choix

Personnel accueil très sympa. Ne donne pas le bon boisson offerte, il faut le réclamer. Chambre ok mais salle de bain très petite. Qd on sort de la douche, on touche les WC. Marque de moisissures dans la douche. Sinon on. Hôtel bien placé et calme. Cher pour ce que c'est.

8 chambres de réservées, seulement 5 à l'arrivée. Un peintre qui est dans la chambre en disant qu'il reviendra faire le plafond le lendemain. Un mail envoyé à la mauvaise adresse la veille pour nous dire que la totalité des chambres n'étaient pas réservées. Bref catastrophique pour une venue en congres. Même si nous avons eu un geste commercial ( ce qui est clairement normal) nous ne réserveront plus dans cet hôtel
