ibis Styles Ouistreham

It was a fantastic choice for spending the night after getting off the ferry late at night. Small room but clean, good bed, nice sheets, good breakfast, pleasant staff, free parking. What’s not to like?

Very basic but very convenient for the car ferry. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bonjour, j’ai été bien reçu et je n’ai rien du tout contre tout le personnel. Par contre l’endroit est très décevant. Je voyage toutes les semaines pour le travail, et il n’est pas du tout à à la hauteur d’une concurrence que l’on peut trouver à ce prix. Chambre à refaire au niveau de la décoration et du confort. Je donne juste un exemple : pas de bouilloire pour se faire un café dans la chambre… Un plus petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix, et surtout une insonorisation entre les chambres médiocre. Encore une fois ce n’est pas mon habitude de laisser commentaires décevant, mais il y a beaucoup de choses à revoir dans cet hôtel.

The hotel is very conveniently close to the ferry terminal. The service is always good and the breakfast is very good.

The welcoming was warm and friendly, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was very good

An ok and convenient Ibis for the ferry terminal. Room was not very soundproof, really hot with no air conditioning so didn’t really sleep.

Proximity to Ferry Terminal

We had an overnight stay in the ibis, it was excellent, beds very comfortable, room clean, breakfast great and price excellent.

Ideal location for catching the ferry. One member of staff, checked us in served in bar cooked food, busy girl. Very pleasant. Continental breakfast good Bar / lounge area a bit basic and industrial not great ambiance for comfort or relaxing .

Convenient near the ferryport. Friendly, helpful staff. Limited food available in evening and only one lady to do everything (she was fantastic!) Friendly bar. Adequate breakfast.

All perfect no complaints

Local policemen warned us to use the gated compound because of car break ins. Why didn’t staff warn us of this. We paid euro 5.5 to park in hotel car park

A disappointing stay this time (stayed a few times previously). Extremely rude young lady on reception, more interested in her phone than customers. Very poor breakfast, minimal choice. Would recommend ibis Caen Porte d'Angleterre instead, were weve also stayed, far superior in comparison. That said, if you just need a bed for the night very close to the port, this hotel in Ouistreham is in a perfect location, right opposite the port. This would be the only reason we'd stay here again.

Over night stop

It was very expensive for what it was. Rubber mattress protectors on the beds made it an unpleasant sweaty nights sleep. Very disappointed that there were no tea / coffee facilities in the room.

Dans les chambres beaucoup de probleme électrique, absence de chevet.

Right next to ferry port so very easy to find. Rooms basic but good enough for 2 people. if you want to watch TV there are no English channels. Breakfast was fine for a continental one and is included in the price. Small charge for secure car parking. However it wasn't that secure as one morning when i was leaving to visit some D day locations we found a migrant in the boot of the car. He was obviously trying to get to the UK and thought that's where we were going. This is a big problem in this location and you will find migrants in every car park trying to stow away in your car to cross to the UK. My advice is check your boot before attempting to board ferry especially if you have parked up anywhere before boarding. The hotel is perfect for visiting all the D day location which was the purpose of our 2 night stay there.

Accueuil et repas du soir très bien. Par contre une douche de 60 centimètres par 60 centimètres (c'est réel, pas un euphémisme) honnêtement, dans un formule 1 je comprendrai, pas dans une Ibis "Styles" pas à la hauteur de l'enseigne
