Hôtel agréable et très bien situé pour les voyageurs au départ ou à l’arrivée de la gare de l’Est. Personnel agréable et professionnel. Seul bémol sur le petit-déjeuner qui pourrait être amélioré côté présentation/organisation, même si les efforts pour réduire les emballages (beurre en motte, boules à thé à disposition...) sont louables.

The location so close to the metropolitana and buses. The breakfast was good, good choise and wide enough. In general right value for money. The room a little bit small. The cleaness level basic, Moquette everywhere leaves me perplexe from an hygenic point of view. Guys working there both at the reception and in the breakfast room nice and always smiling.

Quand ibis augmente les prix depuis qq années, on peut espérer le maintien des services...mais là non! Personnel, surtout, Soare, impoli, qui se fout de la gueule ouvertement des clients, hautaine du haut de sa petite 20 aine d années...salle de bain délabrée, baignoire bouchée, petit déjeuner déplorable quant aux viennoiseries....bref tout est à revoir

Room generally well kept but basin plug wasn't working. Desk and stool too small to be much use. Clothes hanging space has room for a safe which would be useful. Lighting a bit poor if you're using the desk.

Can be bit noisy because of trains.

We arrived at our hotel about an hour before check in, so our room was bot ready, we left our bags and went about our visit to paris. We ended up getting back to the hotel around 11pm. Myself my wife and 2 young children. We checked in and headed to our room, only to be greated by someone fast asleep in our bed. We headed back down to reception amd eventually were given another room. Now i can only assume that the family rooms were all booked as this room was definitely not a room regularly given out. The bathroom was absolutely discusting and covered in mould. The heat didnt work, nor did the plug sockets. But the kids were tired so we just went to bed as it was midnight at this point. The next morning we mentioned this to reception and they just said "oh sorry" and left. Regardless to say i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was lovely and the room was very clean. The location of the hotel is great, close to important train stations. Negatives: room was cold and in need of soundproofing. Breakfast bufet was basic and once they ran out of something it wasn`t replaced so you had to be early. Given it`s a 3 start hotel, I guess the expections were met...

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres dans cet hôtel, et dans l'une des deux, au dernier étage il y avait un vrombissement de climatisation très fort (la chambre était contre toutes les évacuations des chambres). Nous l'avons signalé à la réception qui nous a dit que l'hôtel était complet et qu'ils ne pouvaient pas nous changer de chambre. On nous a dit d'en parler le lendemain avec le responsable (sauf que du coup la nuit a été totalement ratée...). Le lendemain en partant nous en avons donc reparlé et l'hôtel n'était pas du tout complet ! Bref, un service vraiment nul ! Sinon l'autre chambre était correcte et de bonne taille, le petit déjeuner était bien présenté, copieux et bon.

Hôtel très bien situé, au pied de la station métro château Landon. Gare de l'est a 5 min à pied et 10 min à pied de la gare du Nord. Personnel a l'accueil très gentil et très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix copieux. Chambre convenable, très bonne literie. Salle de bain un peu vétuste mais très bien pour un petit weekend. Je recommande tout de même cet hôtel.

Das Hotel ist sehr nah beim Bahnhof und ideal für einen kurzen Städtetripp mit dem TGV. Die Personen am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück ist hingegen eckelhaft. Die ganzen Speisen stehen offen herum, Joghurt neben der Gurkenschale etc., alles mischt sich. Auch die Teedosen stehen jeden Tag offen herum. Ich hatte ein Haar im Joghurt. Hygienestandart gleich 0 beim Frühstück. Die Kaffeemaschinen sind dreckig.

기차역이 바로 옆이라 기차 지나갈때 마다 소리가 너무 심하고 진동도 느껴질 정도입니다. 조식도 호텔 가격에 비해 너무 제공범위가 적고요. 기차를 탈 예정이어서 잡은 숙소였는데 가격에 비해 너무 시설이 낙후되었고 실망스러웠네요. 가족여행으로 갔는데 비추합니다

O quarto é confortável, o preço é justo, a oferta de café da manhã resolve e é conveniente. O acesso por metrô não é ruim. Mas a região onde está localizado o hotel não é hospitaleira nem aprazível, o que leva o hotel a manter sempre a porta frontal trancada, acessível apenas com o cartão magnético do hóspede. A maior falha da acomodação está na equipe: 4 dos 5 recepcionistas que nos atenderem não compreendiam bem inglês e nem se mostravam dispostos, capazes ou autorizados a resolverem qualquer problema, o que sempre causa transtorno e aborrecimento em hospedagens no exterior.

chambre plus petite que celle présentée lors de la réservation, ne correspond pas aux photos, avec le bruit pénible de l'ascenseur à coté, le bureau dans la chambre est très petit et mal éclairé. Pour le reste bon accueil, et petit déjeuner tres bien

Front desk staff erre extremely rude for check in and for check out. We had to leave at 4,15am and the man didn’t even lighted the reception area inspite my request. The coffee machine was on and didn’t allowed us to help ourselves with a coffee. Staff for breakfast were nice. Property is far to be a 3-star hotel. Common areas are dirty, room not comfortable at all and no safe box either. A/C didn’t work! Well located at 5min walk to Gare de l’Est. I will not recommend the staying based on what the hotel offers and the high price payed for it. Terrible!!

This is a nice, no frills hotel. We arrived in Paris late in the evening and just needed somewhere for a night. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well and the breakfast was perfectly fine.

Dirty old hotel, bath painted, shower glass leaking and all floor was wet, toilet broken, duverts ripped, smelly and old. For breakfast no fruits and vegetables- almost nothing to eat. No parking! Disappointed!

Es war in Ordnung, sehr laut auch nachts, und dass Badezimmer könnte etwas sauberer sein. Frühstück war top. Sonst war es echt in Ordnung.
