This hotel is very conveniently located. It is clean and comfortable except for the heavy duvets on the beds and no top sheet. Even with the windows open we sweat most of the night, but it was too chilly to remain uncovered.

Climatisation mensongère, confort inexistant J’ai réservé cet hôtel via Expedia pour la climatisation, indispensable en plein été. Résultat : 36 °C dehors, 30 °C dans ma chambre. Deux employés m’ont confirmé que la clim était volontairement limitée à-10 degré par rapport à la température extérieure. Maintenant l’hôtel parle ensuite d’une “panne”. Contradictions, excuses changeantes, confort absent. On m’a proposé un petit-déjeuner et 20 % pour revenir… alors que je n’y remettrai jamais les pieds. À fuir : service trompeur, gestion déloyale, client méprisé.

Affectation d'une chambre non faite : obligé de changer de chambre ; Parking complet : Ma voiture a du passer une nuit mal garée dehors alors que l'hôtel m'avait demandé de règler le parking à l'arrivée. Sur ma demande j'ai été remboursé pour cette nuit de parking (on ne l'a même pas proposé) . À part cela tout a été parfait...

L'hôtesse nous conseille le parking Gambetta sans nous prévenir que tous les dimanches il y a un marché. Notre voiture était au milieu des stand !!! Les portes de la salle de bain et des wc ne fermaient pas, les cadres de porte sont complètement déformés Le ménage était succinct

Chambre assez grande et propre. Nous étions de mariage donc nous y sommes restés qu'une nuit. Personne a la réception quand nous sommes rentré mais j'étais venu déjà chercher les clés . Chambre propre mais qui aurait besoin d'un peu de rénovation. Points négatifs: évacuation de l'eau de la douche qui se fait mal ,faire attention pour le débordement,assez peu insonorisé sur l'intérieur de l'hôtel... On entend le grincement des portes de l'ascenseur à chaque fois. Mon fils qui avait sa propre chambre fut réveillé à 8h30 par la femme de chambre alors que nous devions quitter la chambre pour midi... Pour une nuit c'est bon , pour un séjour complet je ne prendrait pas cet hôtel .
