L'hôtel était très bien. Chambre bien insonorisé. L'accueil correct, nous avons toutefois dû demander un changement de chambre, odeur de cigarettes.

Hôtel parfait pour passer quelques jours dans la région, très proche du centre-ville pour qui aime marcher une vingtaine de minutes. Notre chambre donnant au nord était très calme. Des plateaux repas sont disponibles en libre-service, il y a également deux supermarchés proches et une boulangerie à quelques mètres. C’est un très bon rapport qualité prix avec des chambres entre 50 et 60 € la nuit tous frais compris. Également, il y a un grand parking gratuit donc pas de stress pour se garer.

Good, functional hotel. However, it wasnt clear on booking that there would be no reception after 9pm. Instead we had to checkin at a machine in the car park, in the rain, in the dark. The printer was broken so blink and you missed the room number flash up on your screen. Room was fine, walls pretty thin. Rod outside had traffic on it all through the night..

Hotel bien situé à 15 minutes à pied de la grande place d’Arras. Notre chambre donnait sur le parking donc très calme. Petit déjeuner correct. Matelas de qualité. Un peu radin sur les serviettes mais on peut réclamer. Taille de la chambre conforme à un kyriad direct.

Hôtel propre, literie confortable. Quelques soucis de plomberies, une odeur remontait dans la salle de bain.
Sinon tout était ok, à noter une boulangerie au pied de l’hôtel très pratique.

Juste une remarque. Ma satisfaction est complète. Je note, cependant, pour la chambre n° 107, 2 petits entretiens à effectuer qui donnerait une image encore meilleure. 1) changer la lunette des WC (des graffitis ont du être réalisés) 2) il manque une fixation sur la poignée de la porte de douche. Je suis venue pour un événement annuel précis. L'an prochain, je reviens chez vous. Cordialement.

Fälschlicherweise falschen Tag gebucht. Ich wäre bereit gewesen, gegen Aufpreis ein größeres Zimmer am korrekten Tag gegen Aufpreis zu buchen. Aber die Rezeption war sehr abweisend.
