I love this place. It was my second time here and I hope it won’t be my last visit.

Nice view and great location

Don’t eat there. Worst food ever. No taste at all, . Rooms and locations were okay. Little dated but okay.

The parking directions are not clear very confusing. When we arrived at nearly 2pm even though the hotel was nearly empty they advised we could not check it until 4pm. We then asked the staff if they could look after the luggage, they were all standing around talking & seemed annoyed we were bothering them. They then put post it notes on the luggage handed us a note with 3 on it & we left to go across to the island, thinking they were putting the luggage away. When we returned the luggage was still just sitting in the foyer were anyone could access & they had different staff on. We took our luggage & nobody even checked it was ours. We travelled Europe for 5 weeks & this honestly was the worst service we received. They need better signage on the directions to the car park, not just a message to say go the same way as the buses - there were 2 different signs for buses. They also need better staff & some sort of security for left luggage, other hotels locked them away & gave us a tickets which were checked on our return. They also advertise you can see Mont Saint Michel from your room, there were trees in the way, seems trivial but when you choose a hotel due to location & view & it is not what was advertised it is very disappointing. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Loved it. Stunning views. Excellent room with view of Mont St Michel. Bus stops very close but was also an easy walk. Family room was spacious with separate sleeping areas and two bathrooms. Currently undergoing renovations but no disturbance. Would stay here again for sure.

The hotel is in a great location as close as you can get to Mont Saint Michelle. This also means there’s a confusing gate you have to go through that requires a passcode and ticket entry/departure. There’s also very little food options here so come prepared with dinner already eaten or take away. Each time we left the gated area in the 24 h window we were there we had to pay 6 euro fee! This was not disclosed by the hotel. Our room was large but considering the location we had an obstructed view of Mont Saint Michelle (ground floor room 3) which was disappointing since we had traveled so far to be there. The window for the room was also splattered with dirt/paint or bird droppings making visibility hard. The room lacked an iron but had a large soaking tub I enjoyed. And the breakfast has many offerings including scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes. My biggest complaint is the on site restaurant. We were starving and didn’t know there was no where else to eat near by. The restaurant didn’t start dinner service until 7 pm. I talked to the manager and they said we should call 10 min to 7 to put in a room service order. So we did and when I called they said they could not accommodate our order since they were really busy and it would be at least 1.5 hours for the kitchen to get to us. How are you already busy WHEN YOU HAVENT OPENED YET? I was furious! We ended up driving down the road to the next town and getting some hot kebabs.

レンヌから車を借りて移動しました。モン・サン・ミシェルへのアクセス、風景は最高です。外から眺めるにはベストの位置です。ただ、私が訪れた日は曇りでモヤが立ち込めており、夜の風景は全景が見えませんでした。朝一番で島の中に入り半日を満喫しました。次は晴れた日の春か秋に来たいですね。

広々としていて部屋は本当に良かった

モン・サン・ミシェルが見える部屋に宿泊しました。 部屋からの景色に感動。 家族4人で充分すぎる広さ、 浴槽付きのバスルームと、上階にはシャワーがついていました。 朝食も美味しく、朝食会場からはよりスッキリとモン・サン・ミシェルを見ることができました。 レンタカーで行ったので、事前にゲートの暗証番号を教えてもらっていたのですが、 ゲートの手前で他のホテルや訪問者向けの駐車場の方へ曲がってしまい、 なかなか車がとめられず困りました。 こちらのホテルの駐車場は、ホテルの目の前です。

The room was big, clean, with bathrobes and slippers, excellent bed and pillows, exceptional Mont Saint Michel View, nice restaurant with outstanding food, vegetables were incredibles! Good breakfast included, nice staff and very helpful. The hotel has a special Mont Saint Michel View! I highly recommended it!

Bonjour. La chambre était poussiéreuse et insalubre, ce qui était vraiment décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing. D’une superficie de 40 m², nous avions initialement prévu de dormir chacun dans une chambre séparée, mais à notre grande surprise, nous avons découvert des draps tachés de sang. Une situation inacceptable qui nous a immédiatement conduits à signaler le problème à la réception. Cependant, la personne à l’accueil, une dame à l’attitude condescendante, a préféré nous accuser d’avoir mal utilisé les chaussons, prétendument abîmés, et a affirmé ne pas pouvoir confirmer comment ni quand les draps avaient été salis. Lorsque je lui ai montré des photos pour prouver que je n’avais même pas utilisé le lit après avoir remarqué ces taches, elle n’a fait preuve d’aucune compassion. Ni excuses, ni changement de draps, ni compensation : rien n’a été proposé pour remédier à la situation. Je voyage régulièrement et séjourne dans de nombreux hôtels chaque année. En dix ans, c’est la toute première fois que je me vois contraint de laisser un avis négatif, et malheureusement, c’est cet établissement qui en est la cause. Cette dame, qui pourrait être la gérante, affichait une attitude hautaine et méprisante, digne d’une reine, mais certainement pas d’un professionnel de l’hôtellerie.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast and dinner offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will come back again.

なんと言ってもロケーションが良く　 レストランで何時までもいました

L’hôtel ne mérite pas quatre étoiles, il faut revoir certaines points comme la propreté, la peinture dans le balcon, le petit déjeuner égal à un hôtel de deux étoiles
