Très bon séjour dans l hôtel pont du Gard à Uzès ou le personnel est accueillant, très sympathique et à votre écoute. Chambre très convenable et un petit déjeuner au top, excellent. Une joli piscine vous accueille avec transats. Allez y!

Merci à Alicia, à l'accueil, pour avoir échangé ma chambre twin par une double (suite à un changement du nombre de personnes dans la chambre). Bon petit-déjeuner (dommage que le jus de pamplemousse ait été fade et le bacon froid). Carte du restaurant limitée le soir mais excellente raie. Piscine non testée... Parking sur place. Assez éloigné du centre-ville, mais calme, de fait. Seul hic : pas de bonde à la baignoire..., donc pas de bain, le "petit plus" qui aurait rendu mon séjour parfait...

Such a disappointment.
Asked for a second pillow - "none available in the whole hotel".
Not one single hook or rail in the bathroom to gang towels etc.
Couldn't get on to the "free wifi".
Shower head held in place by an elastic band!

Lovely motel-style hotel. Small rooms but very clean and comfortable. One drawback is that the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn't cover the doorway completely, so there is no real privacy in the bathroom. The food was not great and the service was very slow. They did compensate us for the problem with their service.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel . La chambre et la salle de bains sont propres . Le cadre est agréable avec un endroit extérieur pour se détendre autour de la piscine .

Hurtig indtjekning. Pænt og rent. Gode senge. Lille pool men den er der. Gratis stor parkering. Tæt på byen. Der stod gratis hund på siden og det tog 3 personer og en del tid før de ville tjekke teksten og rette tingene. Ikke meget kundeservice der. Men hotellet fungerede som enkel overnatning.

très déçu de notre séjour, les deux premières nuits la clim ne fonctionnait pas , ils nous ont changé la troisième nuit,
j’avais réservé un lit king et dans la deuxième chambre le lit était moins large.
Le ménage n’a été fait que la veille de notre départ parce que nous avons demandé , les serviettes et et les draps ont été changés la veille de partir.
Nous avons dîné le premier soir le pavé de veau était dure.
J’ai fait tomber un produit derrière la douche car il y avait rien pour poser, ils n’ont pas arriver à me le récupérer ,
il devait nous faire une remise commerciale, ils nous ont fait cadeau des 2 petits déjeuners seulement soit 24€ sur un séjour de 8 nuits, les croissants n’était pas cuit .
Et le reste était très moyen.
J’ai travaillé dans le tourisme ce genre d’établissement ne mérite pas 3 étoiles dommage car Usez est une très belle ville.
