The hotel is super cute, the front desk people were kind and welcoming. I think it’s a little weird that for a hotel so close to the airport the desk is not open 24/7. We were at dinner in town and had to rush back to check in by 9:30. I wouldn’t say that is a negative just something weird to me. I would definitely stay there again but just plan differently. We had an early flight so becoming close was great in the AM.

J'ai séjourné deux nuit dans cette hôtel, je suis carde commerciale qui utilise la plate-forme hotel.com depuis des années. Je passer plus de 100 nuitée par ans dans les hotels sur 42 departement en france.
Cet hotel est le seule a vous faire payé un petit dejeuner sans le servir sur deux jours. Des la reception, j'ai indiqué pour des raison professionnelle que je prends le petit dejeuner a 5:30h au lieu de 6:15h annoncée soit 45mins plus tot, j'ai recu un refus categorique. J'ai proposé qui'il me fasse un plateau ou sachet la veille, refus également, le deuxièmes jour je redemande, sans solution toujours inflexible, j'ai payé un petit dejeuner non servie donc j'ai demandé le remboursement,toujours la, ils refusent et prefere garder l'argent d'un produit non livré/servie c'est se qu'on appelle du vol. L'hotel est sympq mais l'hotel est inflexible, pas du tout serviable. J'ai dormi a companile les jours d'avant ils n'avaient aucun souci de m'offrir un petit dejeuner, a Ibis style l'horaire a ete 6h ils ont avancé a 5:15h pour moi et deux autres personne. Quand la france se reveille tot pour aller au travail il y a qui l'a vole car ne veux pas se reveiller tot. Je suis extrêmement decu. Je consulterai mon avocat pour cela. Ce n'est pas le montant aui m'agace mais le vol et l'injustice.

Les chambre sont bien équipement et confortable par contre nous étions devant l'ascenseur et cela a était un calvaire énormément de bruit nuit et jour très difficile de dormir malheureusement... Piscine agréable et salle de sport très restreinte ... Accessibilité de l'hôtel au top proche rocade bordelaise

Tout d’abord nous n’avons jamais pu contacter l’hôtel avant pour indiquer une potentielle arrivée tardive.
La chambre n’était pas prête pour les enfants aucun drap pas d’oreillers et de couvertures.
Pas de serviettes pour eux Il a fallu demandé à plusieurs reprises pour qu’on nous amène cela en fin de soirée en nous laissant faire le lit et le reste . J’avais demandé un lit bébé qui n’était pas installé et que j’ai du mettre moi même .
La piscine dégage une odeur d égout.
Bref à déconseiller
Pour cela je demande un remboursement total ou partiel de mon séjour !!

Séjour de trois jours. Avec petit déjeuner. Chambre confortable avec tout le nécessaire et petit déjeuner à volonté. Piscine accessible toute la journée et en cette période on été seul. C'était trop bien !

Pour un établissement trois-étoiles je m’attendais à mieux
Dans l’ensemble c’était correct
Le point fort est la piscine (même si les horaires le week end avec fermeture à 20h pourrais être amélioré) et le parking gratuit
Sinon la propreté des chambres n’est ps exceptionnel
Et il n’y a pas de Climatisation
