Equipe très serviable, appartement spacieux et bien équipé. L'espace piscine et sauna est agréable et propre. Emplacement idéal avec l'accès aux télésièges et retour skis aux pieds. Le dépôt de pain à la réception est très pratique. Petit bémol : les ascenseurs sont pris d'assaut aux heures de pointe, et les services supplémentaires sont un peu chers (parking, early check-in)

Det gick inte att få tag på receptionen via något nummer eller mail, vi visste att vi skulle komma 1 timme efter senaste incheckning och att man behövde arrangera nyckelöverlämning efter ordinarie tid. Jag skrev i bokningen att vi skulle komma sent, ändå när vi kom dit så var receptionen stängd och ingen nyckel fanns att tillgå. Vi var tvungna att ta in på ett annat hotell.

The apartment looks nice in the photos and it is advertised for 4 guests. far from truth! beware! it is tiny and unsuitable for 4. bed are too small (almost jail like), pillows are flat and uncomfortable. There are serious water temp problems in the shower, there are sudden rapid changes from freezing cold to burning hot. very dangerous! It almost burned my face. also, the bathtub is too high, stepping out of it is dangerous, as the floor is slippery, since there is no shower curtain and no shower head mount. you basically have to hold it close to you, which isn't very convenient. You only get 1 small and 1 medium towel for your period of stay. I had to use the same towel for a week...

Amazing location. Great apartment. Clean and in good condition. The 2 main issues were that we needed to get into 2 separate lifts to get to the apartment and the town itself was very expensive. I would recommend making sure you buy your grocerys and cleaning products before you arrive.

Localisation excellent et très facile d’acces. Parking facile. Appartement impeccable. Très bonne idée les pierres au sol plutôt que des tapis. Équipé convenablement de l’essentiel et complet. Deco agréable et personnalisée comme généralement dans les résidences Lagrange. Couloirs sales: manque de nombreuses ampoules. Des poubelles qui traînent dans le patio du 6ieme. Les passerelles et couloirs dénotent la résidence. Spa à fort potentiel, mais malheureusement sale. Vu la fréquentation, il faut absolument nettoyer en cours de journée en fonction de l’affluence: Un petit coup de serpillière dans les vestiaires. Il faut afficher des règles dans le spa: Les gens sont sales dans le sauna et Hammam. N’utilisent pas de serviettes dans le sauna, parlent à voie haute, rentrent sortent, se savonnent ou grattent leurs peaux dans le hammam qu’on ne peut pas rincer, ne prennent pas de douche, Le hammam est mal réglé. Met trop de temps à se remettre en chauffe. Du coup, les gens mettent de l’eau froide sur le détecteur pour le relancer. Les siphons des douches est plein de crasses, du coup, tous le spa est sous eau. Les gens traversent l’immEuble en tongues et continuent à les mettre dans le spa. Plus d’eau chaude dans les douches vers 19h00. Bain bulles fermé, ou tout le temps complet, ou froid. La piscine pourrait être réglée sur 28°C plutôt que 25°C, pour être plus agréable. Personnel très aimable.

Make sure you read the fine print, limited front desk hours are VERY limited. Would make sense to have an alternate number listed in case of after hours emergency check in or if somebody happened to lose their keys. If my mom had not spent an hour in the parking lot finding someone who spoke German we may have never been able to check in the first night.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Par contre, attention quand on réserve un duplex alcove 6 personnes, il est possible de devoir monter 2 escaliers (sans ascenseur) pour accéder à son appartement. Ce qui peut s'avérer difficile pour certaines personnes, surtout avec les bagages. Le personnel de l'accueil est très efficace et a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Il est possible de commander son pain à la résidence ce qui est très pratique le matin. Dans cette résidence, il ne faut pas avoir peur de monter et descendre par les ascenseurs ou par les escaliers. L'espace détente est sympathique. Dommage qu'il soit fermé le samedi, jour des arrivées car ce serait très agréable d'aller se détendre après s'être installé. D'autre part le jaccuzzi ressemble plus à un pataugeoire qu'à un jaccuzzi. Beaucoup de petits enfants (entre 4 et 8 ans) jouent dedans. Sinon les navettes gratuites reliant les différentes stations sont très appréciables. La tv est gratuite dans les appartements ce qui est une prestation supplémentaire non négligeable. En résumé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine de vacances montagnarde.

Alors que je souhaitais réserver 2 grands appartements de 12 personnes via internet, on m'annonce que c'est complet, et qu'il ne reste que deux appartements de 8 personnes. Quelle ne fût ma stupeur d'apprendre que la semaine où nous étions là, le building entier était vide et libre !! Et puis obtenir les deux appartements l'un à côte de l'autre n'était pas non plus possible, car pas encore nettoyés ... alors que j'en avais fait la demande trois semaines auparavant et que c'était OK, on se fout du monde !!!!

Equipe très serviable, appartement spacieux et bien équipé. L'espace piscine et sauna est agréable et propre. Emplacement idéal avec l'accès aux télésièges et retour skis aux pieds. Le dépôt de pain à la réception est très pratique. Petit bémol : les ascenseurs sont pris d'assaut aux heures de pointe, et les services supplémentaires sont un peu chers (parking, early check-in)

Worst ever experience. Never stay here again. They are thieves and always look for over charge the customers. They accused of stealing items from the property that we putted on the cleaning bag. So beware of the this disgusting holiday company.

The apartment looks nice in the photos and it is advertised for 4 guests. far from truth! beware! it is tiny and unsuitable for 4. bed are too small (almost jail like), pillows are flat and uncomfortable. There are serious water temp problems in the shower, there are sudden rapid changes from freezing cold to burning hot. very dangerous! It almost burned my face. also, the bathtub is too high, stepping out of it is dangerous, as the floor is slippery, since there is no shower curtain and no shower head mount. you basically have to hold it close to you, which isn't very convenient. You only get 1 small and 1 medium towel for your period of stay. I had to use the same towel for a week...

Parti pour un petit weekend en famille logement au 12e étage avec une splendide vue sur la station appartement très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut personnel très accueillant piscine sauna et hammam le petit plus qui fait vraiment du bien de plus la piscine étant fermé le samedi hammam et jacuzzi sans supplément je recommande fortement cet établissement qui était très bien

Amazing location. Great apartment. Clean and in good condition. The 2 main issues were that we needed to get into 2 separate lifts to get to the apartment and the town itself was very expensive. I would recommend making sure you buy your grocerys and cleaning products before you arrive.

Localisation excellent et très facile d’acces. Parking facile. Appartement impeccable. Très bonne idée les pierres au sol plutôt que des tapis. Équipé convenablement de l’essentiel et complet. Deco agréable et personnalisée comme généralement dans les résidences Lagrange. Couloirs sales: manque de nombreuses ampoules. Des poubelles qui traînent dans le patio du 6ieme. Les passerelles et couloirs dénotent la résidence. Spa à fort potentiel, mais malheureusement sale. Vu la fréquentation, il faut absolument nettoyer en cours de journée en fonction de l’affluence: Un petit coup de serpillière dans les vestiaires. Il faut afficher des règles dans le spa: Les gens sont sales dans le sauna et Hammam. N’utilisent pas de serviettes dans le sauna, parlent à voie haute, rentrent sortent, se savonnent ou grattent leurs peaux dans le hammam qu’on ne peut pas rincer, ne prennent pas de douche, Le hammam est mal réglé. Met trop de temps à se remettre en chauffe. Du coup, les gens mettent de l’eau froide sur le détecteur pour le relancer. Les siphons des douches est plein de crasses, du coup, tous le spa est sous eau. Les gens traversent l’immEuble en tongues et continuent à les mettre dans le spa. Plus d’eau chaude dans les douches vers 19h00. Bain bulles fermé, ou tout le temps complet, ou froid. La piscine pourrait être réglée sur 28°C plutôt que 25°C, pour être plus agréable. Personnel très aimable.

Det gick inte att få tag på receptionen via något nummer eller mail, vi visste att vi skulle komma 1 timme efter senaste incheckning och att man behövde arrangera nyckelöverlämning efter ordinarie tid. Jag skrev i bokningen att vi skulle komma sent, ändå när vi kom dit så var receptionen stängd och ingen nyckel fanns att tillgå. Vi var tvungna att ta in på ett annat hotell.

Make sure you read the fine print, limited front desk hours are VERY limited. Would make sense to have an alternate number listed in case of after hours emergency check in or if somebody happened to lose their keys. If my mom had not spent an hour in the parking lot finding someone who spoke German we may have never been able to check in the first night.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Par contre, attention quand on réserve un duplex alcove 6 personnes, il est possible de devoir monter 2 escaliers (sans ascenseur) pour accéder à son appartement. Ce qui peut s'avérer difficile pour certaines personnes, surtout avec les bagages. Le personnel de l'accueil est très efficace et a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Il est possible de commander son pain à la résidence ce qui est très pratique le matin. Dans cette résidence, il ne faut pas avoir peur de monter et descendre par les ascenseurs ou par les escaliers. L'espace détente est sympathique. Dommage qu'il soit fermé le samedi, jour des arrivées car ce serait très agréable d'aller se détendre après s'être installé. D'autre part le jaccuzzi ressemble plus à un pataugeoire qu'à un jaccuzzi. Beaucoup de petits enfants (entre 4 et 8 ans) jouent dedans. Sinon les navettes gratuites reliant les différentes stations sont très appréciables. La tv est gratuite dans les appartements ce qui est une prestation supplémentaire non négligeable. En résumé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine de vacances montagnarde.

Alors que je souhaitais réserver 2 grands appartements de 12 personnes via internet, on m'annonce que c'est complet, et qu'il ne reste que deux appartements de 8 personnes. Quelle ne fût ma stupeur d'apprendre que la semaine où nous étions là, le building entier était vide et libre !! Et puis obtenir les deux appartements l'un à côte de l'autre n'était pas non plus possible, car pas encore nettoyés ... alors que j'en avais fait la demande trois semaines auparavant et que c'était OK, on se fout du monde !!!!
