Arrived after formal check-in time but our keys had been left in a safe, providing us with easy access to our apartment. Apartment was spacious with two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Beds ready made and a few little extras (dishwasher tablets, washing liquid, shower gels, etc.) to get us started, plus plenty of fresh towels. Beds comfortable with extra pillows, if needed. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed to make an easy meal. Location wise - ski in/ski out from rear of property, bus stop outside residence and a small supermarket 100m away. On site - swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room available until 8pm, plus bar and restaurant serving reasonably priced, good quality food and take away, which we took advantage of a couple of times. Check out was straightforward - a quick inspection of the property and then left our keys in a check-out box. Would we stay again? Definitely.

  • Chủ nhà chưa cho biết có máy báo khói tại nơi lưu trú hay không

Nếu dự định đến nơi sau 20:00 vui lòng thông báo trước với nơi lưu trú bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Nhân viên tiếp tân sẽ đón tiếp khi khách đến nơi lưu trú. Thông tin do nơi lưu trú cung cấp có thể được dịch bằng công cụ dịch tự động.

We booked the hotel in good faith via hotels.com for a family ski holiday but we arrived in the resort at 10pm in freezing snow conditions to find that the hotel was closed for the whole week we had booked. We were left with no accommodation for the night and if it had not been for some people allowing us to sleep on their floor we would have likely frozen to death !!

Séjour en famille, établissement au top, tout se qu il faut dans l appartement. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et à l écoute, par contre un petit bémol a cause d un groupe de jeune qui ont perturbé le repos de tout le monde, impossible dormir fenêtre ouverte car discutions bruyantes sur leur balcon jusqu’à 2:00 du matin…..mais l hôtel n’est pas responsable de l’ incivilités des occupants

Belle résidence, avec des prix abordables pour les vacances de Pâques. La résidence et les appartements sont assez neufs et propres. Départ/Arrivée skis au pieds, école de ski à 200m à pied. Beaucoup de services offerts par la réception (certains gratuits, d'autres non) Les moins: La piscine en sous sol c'est moyen, les ascenseurs super lents (problématique particulièrement au moment des arrivées/départs), le local à skis super humides (ca incite pas à laisser ses chaussures de ski)

Rooms are ok for a busy family, we allowed the lounge not to be used as bedroom and worked out ok. Facilities ok, close to small supermarket bars and ski in / out. This is quite a peaceful resort away from the madness but good enough to enjoy the likes of Apres ski without going to mad. The main La Plagne Center is 10min walk also free busses (walking is easier). I would go back here

Check in tijd is 17.00. Om 17.45 konden we pas naar de kamer (nr 107). Op het balkon lagen nog etensresten. Gemeld bij de receptie maar die doen er niets aan. Daarnaast stonk het naar urine in de badkamer. Er komt iemand langs en die zegt dat je niet scheef op het toilet moet zitten. Je wordt dus niet serieus genomen, want dat deden we niet. Van 1 slaapkamer kon de deur niet dicht omdat het 2p bed te groot is. Douchekop sproeide alle kanten op die wel vervangen is. Het apt is volgens Expedia geschikt voor 8 personen, maar met 6 lukt nauwelijks: Slapen kan wel 3 slk, maar er staat één zitbank voor max 3 personen, dus de rest wordt geacht aan tafel te blijven zitten op een houten stoel. Keuken is erg klein: één spoel bak, 60 cm werkruimte en dan al de kookplaat. Voor 3300 euro verwacht ik wel meer. Dit is geen aanrader.

Après une arrivée très tardive due à des problèmes de bouchons sur la route, l'accueil a été très agréable et professionnel. L'appartement était conforme à notre attente et à la description avec trois chambres et deux salles de bains , assez grand et tout à fait confortable pour 7 personnes. Les appartements sont bien équipés , propres et décorés sobrement avec goût. La piscine bien que petite est agréable . Le seul petit reproche que l'on peut faire est qu'il fait très chaud dans les appartements et que la température n'est pas réglable , on ne peut qu'ouvrir les fenêtres!

15 August 2009: I'm sure that it'll be great when it's finished BUT - After carrying all the food & luggage for 4 people up two floors of spiral stairs because the lifts weren't finished we found that the shower was a pathetic dribble. No Wifi. NO Hotel facilities - No Bar or Restaurant, unsurfaced approach road etc. etc. 1 Night was enough.

The main La Plagne Center is 10min walk also free busses (walking is easier). I would go back here

Check in tijd is 17.00. Om 17.45 konden we pas naar de kamer (nr 107). Op het balkon lagen nog etensresten. Gemeld bij de receptie maar die doen er niets aan. Daarnaast stonk het naar urine in de badkamer. Er komt iemand langs en die zegt dat je niet scheef op het toilet moet zitten. Je wordt dus niet serieus genomen, want dat deden we niet. Van 1 slaapkamer kon de deur niet dicht omdat het 2p bed te groot is. Douchekop sproeide alle kanten op die wel vervangen is. Het apt is volgens Expedia geschikt voor 8 personen, maar met 6 lukt nauwelijks: Slapen kan wel 3 slk, maar er staat één zitbank voor max 3 personen, dus de rest wordt geacht aan tafel te blijven zitten op een houten stoel. Keuken is erg klein: één spoel bak, 60 cm werkruimte en dan al de kookplaat. Voor 3300 euro verwacht ik wel meer. Dit is geen aanrader.

Après une arrivée très tardive due à des problèmes de bouchons sur la route, l'accueil a été très agréable et professionnel. L'appartement était conforme à notre attente et à la description avec trois chambres et deux salles de bains , assez grand et tout à fait confortable pour 7 personnes. Les appartements sont bien équipés , propres et décorés sobrement avec goût. La piscine bien que petite est agréable . Le seul petit reproche que l'on peut faire est qu'il fait très chaud dans les appartements et que la température n'est pas réglable , on ne peut qu'ouvrir les fenêtres!

15 August 2009: I'm sure that it'll be great when it's finished BUT - After carrying all the food & luggage for 4 people up two floors of spiral stairs because the lifts weren't finished we found that the shower was a pathetic dribble. No Wifi. NO Hotel facilities - No Bar or Restaurant, unsurfaced approach road etc. etc. 1 Night was enough.
