Helpful staff Piros at the front desk and Vanna at the bar and buffet, great breakfast.

The hotel is in a great area if you want to avoid a lot of time getting to the museums and archeological places ! It’s very nice, clean, and breakfast was fantastic. The staff was also incredibly helpful and kind. Definitely recommend staying here

Perfect location, just steps from Plaka and the acropolis. Staff is very kind and attentive. The buffet breakfast is enormous. They provide anything that you can think of for breakfast. They also provide cold and hot filter water. The hotel could use a remodel, but overall was a great stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Athens.

Perfectly located for the Acropolis, friendly staff, comfortable beds. Breakfast was very nice, we would stay here again.

Great location and staff but could use an update.

The location of the hotel is great, really easy to get to all of the key sites. The breakfast also had a decent amount of options. But aside from that, the hotel is quite basic. The rooms are outdated; my bathroom had black hair in the bathtub and on the floor when I first arrived (and no conditioner, only shampoo and body wash combined into one); the room had a safe but no key to access it (rather than a safe with a code); and I got woken up all nights by loud shouting on the street outside. The hotel reception also had a hole in the ceiling which had water dripping into several buckets.

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, ótimo café da manhã, quarto grande, funcionários prestativos. O prédio é um pouco antigo então não tem o conforto dos aptos novos. O que mais incomodou foi o barulho do exaustor do banheiro que liga automático junto com a luz. No mais tudo perfeito.

The hotel was in a convenient location for our stay in Athens. I enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast. The rooms were average. Stains on the carpet throughout the hotel made it feel run down.

Really, really close to Acropolis Museum (4 minute walk). Super convenient location to restaurants, museums, HoHo stops, shopping. Staff VERY helpful and cheerful to talk to. Breakfast was convenient and very tasty. Hotel is old and a little run down, but location more than makes up for that.

Wonderful breakfast included. The staff could not have been more helpful with suggestions, transportation, etc. The location is steps from the Acropolis, Plaka shopping and abundant options for eating spots.

O hotel é antigo, mas é muito bom. A localização é perfeita, perto de pontos turísticos e estação de metrô muito perto. O ponto alto foi o atendimento, muito bom por todos os funcionários, recepção, café da manhã, todos muito prestativos e simpáticos. Leandros, da recepção foi espetacular, pois chegamos necessitando de medicamentos, ele ajudou bastante.

The front office staff were extremely helpful. I travel a lot and the breakfast was the best I have ever had. Well worth the money! And the location could not be beat. I would gladly stay again!

Close to the attractions

The hotel is located in a great area near the Acropolis and museum with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. During check-in, the front desk clerk was very confused and tried juggling three different check-ins concurrently. This resulted in my room going from being ready, to not ready, then back to ready again in a span of five minutes and was rather confusing. The same thing happened to my friends as well. The rooms are very dated and in need of a remodel. The bathrooms have outdated and dysfunctional fixtures. The shampoo/body gel was empty and wasn’t refilled the following morning by housekeeping, even though I had removed it from the wall and left it out so they’d know it needed a refill. The carpet in the room seems old and obviously hadn’t been vacuumed as I could feel small rocks while walking around in socks. The curtain for the room wasn’t functional either. Fortunately, there is a sliding metal door that could be closed for privacy as the neighboring apartments are just across the narrow street. If you’re looking for location, this is a good choice. If you’re looking for nice accommodations, I’d look a bit further. They do have a nice happy hour with buy one get one free cocktails from 4p-8p daily. However, you’re limited to the cocktails on their menu and you can’t mix and match. Beer and wine are not eligible for the happy hour special.
