Cavos Bay Hotel and Studios

Bij aankomst kregen we een up grade ipv tweepersoons kamer kregen wij een studio. Helaas hield dit wel in dat we drie trappen af moesten om bij deze studio te komen. De lift gaat maar tot 1 dus dat was sjouwen met de koffers. De studio zelf is heel basic,ijskastje, 2 borden, bestek voor twee en twee kopjes en glazen maar geen koffiezetapparaat of waterkoker dus of het nu echt een up-grade betrof daar zijn we nog niet uit. In het hotel bleek ook dat er seminars gegeven worden door een bedrijf aan groepen die zichzelf willen vinden. Bij het ontbijt was het daardoor erg druk en rumoerig. Het uitzicht vanaf het hotel is wel echt heel gaaf, mooie zonsondergangen en de golven die breken op de rotsen. Parkeren kan bij het hotel, wel is de weg vanaf dit parkeer terrein terug naar de weg heel erg steil. Ik wil wel speciaal de twee dames van de schoonmaak bedanken voor hun service, je kan alles aan hen vragen zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Hotel molto piacevole nel centro di Armenistis, curato, con personale cordiale ed efficiente, una splendida vista sul mare e sulla spiaggia. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata.

Great hotel and facilities in the middle of Ikaria. We chose this location to explore both sides of the island and it's blue zone. The hotel had great breakfast options including coffee or ikarian tea, with seating overlooking the water on the balcony. Large rooms and we paid for a sea view which was beautiful to wake up to. Hotel also had pool and games room. Also within walking distance to a grocery store and a few great restaurants. Would recommend!

Beautiful hotel, great staff and service. Room was slightly cramped but clean and modern. It had a great balcony with two chairs and a table, and looked out to the sea. The view of the stars and the Milky Way was incredible at night! Unfortunately, it was very windy the two days we were there in October. The swimming pool was also not heated, so we were not able to use it. I had a small issue with the water... one night, the cold water was running brown and the hot water turned cold or ran out from the bathroom sink, but resolved themselves. When I showered one morning, the hot water turned cold on me, but after a minute or two resumed hot. We also enjoyed the lobby area staring out at the sea! There is a bar where you can have the staff fix a drink to enjoy on the many sofas in the lobby. The breakfast was also very nice and varied, with many dishes!... yogurt, honey, jams, cereals, breads, meats, eggs (one morning), potatoes, cakes, cookies, Tsoureki, various milks, juices, and coffee, and a coffee machine that made espresso and cappuccinos, etc. Memi was extremely friendly and gave us suggestions of villages and restaurants to explore. We especially liked a tiny bar in the village of Christos named Cafe Rahati. Quaint, stone cafe with homemade liqueurs, spanakopita and chocolate μωσαϊκό/kormos. Great stay.

Tolle Lage, wirklich sensationell üppiges Frühstück!

Den Raum zur Straßenseite würde ich auf keinen Fall nochmal buchen. Zu klein um sich aufzuhalten, auf dem Balkon ist es den ganzen Tag zu heiß, ohne Sonnenschutz

A beautiful hotel with amazing view, good Ac, comfortable bed and friendly staff. The owner Dmitri is welcoming and receptionist Marina is helpful. A wonderful place to stay

Die Zimmer könnten eine andere Aufteilung haben mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten für einen kurzaufenthalt2-3Tage ok !!!

Everything about Cavos Bay is excellent! The rooms are bright and clean, and the staff is amazing. Everyone from the owner to the front desk to the kitchen to housekeeping was warm and friendly. They treat everyone like family. I will definitely come back! ❤️

Mooi en modern hotel met prachtige ligging boven de zee. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker, het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en onze kamer klein maar schoon en van alles voorzien. Je wandelt makkelijk naar de supermarkt of een taverna. De omliggende stranden zijn fantastisch, met fijn zand en genoeg ruimte. Wij komen zeker een keer terug

Beautifully situated hotel, sea view room gives you both sunrise and sunset experiences. Pools with sea water and lovely views. Very close to the village with a couple of local beaches and many dining options.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet might have been the best thing about our stay. It was fantastic!! The location to town was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. The pools were lovely and there was ample chairs and umbrellas.
