Fabulous vacation at Diogenis Blue Palace. Captivating sea views and delightful cuisine. Chef Ilias and the entire food and beverage team (especially the hardworking wait staff) were wonderful - freshly prepared meats, seafood, pasta and authentic Greek treats (lamb, calamari, octopus, spinach pie, loukoumides, bhaklava) daily. Ilias and his staff checked on all the guests and families every day. Surroundings were constantly cleaned and beachfront was well maintained, easy access to neighbourhood shops and eateries. No rowdy and drunk tourists or visitors fighting for sunbeds/umbrellas, crowd was mature and well behaved. Friends said that snorkeling on the reef was excellent, an abundance of marine life including turtles. Bartender was super kind and attentive. Stella, the inhouse entertainer, was dynamic and vibrant and she sang in 5 or 6 languages for the guests, newlyweds and birthday people. Thekla on the front desk was warm and hospitable, offering directions, transport and tour advice. Thanks to the entire team for their professionalism and a superb stay. We've been to many all inclusives across Europe, Dom Rep and Caribbean, but the personal touch made all the difference. Fantastic

We had exceptional service from all the staff at Diogenis , right from the driver Costas who picked us up from the airport, Stavros the manager, Dimitris and Maria. A special thank you to Levteris, who was outstanding, always greeting us with a smile and helping us with our queries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying at Diogenis Blue Palace.

Hôtel agréable et personnel au petit soin. Le buffet est bien mais pas exceptionnel. Le service de ménage n’est pas exceptionnel. Je recommande tout de même pour un voyage en famille.

Das personal ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Sauberkeit, die Einrichtung und das Essen ist schrecklich. Ich habe jede Tag auswärts gegessen, obwohl ich all inklusive gebucht habe, jedoch war das Essen schlimm.

Das Hotel ist ein völlig abgewirtschaftetes Objekt. Möbel kaputt, Bad defekt, alles alt und verschlissen.
Zerschlissene, teils kaputte Bettwäsche/Betten, keine Bezüge usw. usw.
Die Liste der Mängel ist endlos. Die guten Zeiten und die 4 Sterne sind lange her!
Man muss mit der Putzfrau streiten, damit sie nicht putzt, während man im Bett liegt.
Hier wird einfach nur noch Geld abgeschöpft, solange das Haus nicht schließt.
Das einzig positive ist das (wenige) Personal mit 14 h Schichten - freundlich!
Das Essen ist für All-In in Ordnung.

Struttura pessima!Spacciata per un 4 stelle con spa ( al nostro arrivo scopriamo che non c'è)spiaggia(condivisa con altri hotel e ristoranti quindi al Diogenis rimangono 6 lettini con ombrelloni),fatiscente, con bagno rotto e arrugginito nelle camere... pagato per un hall inclusive che al nostro arrivo scopriamo che è pensione completa,acqua calda inesistente,cibo identico proposto a pranzo e cena......potrei andare avanti per molto,invece preferisco dirvi:PRENOTATE SUL SITO DI EXPEDIA!!!!
Dati i notevoli problemi abbiamo contattato il servizio clienti:disponibili,gentilissimi,professionali ci hanno ascoltato e risolto in maniera superba, il pasticcio che aveva genereto il Diogenis !

Notre séjour s est bien déroulé dans l ensemble mais l établissement ne vaut absolument pas 4 étoiles!!!
Le personnel est plutôt agréable et la piscine et la plage également mais…
Les chambres sont très rustiques et les salles de douche très très sales et vétustes. Nous avons pris des photos tellement le bois du miroir était gonflé par l humidité et les joins de la douche moisis. Les filtres de la climatisation étaient également remplis de poussière et empêchait donc de la faire fonctionner correctement.
La formule all inclusive ne propose aucune collation entre la fin du buffet de midi à 14h30 et le début de celui du soir a 19h.
Le buffet est presque le même chaque jour et il y a très peu de mets locaux.
Le bar n ouvre qu a 11h le matin alors que le buffet déjeuner ferme a 10h. Nous n avons donc rien à boire pendant une heure.

Discotheek onder ons raam tot 04.30 keiharde muziek de eerste nacht nauwelijks geslapen, zeer onaardig management (receptie), overig personeel wel vriendelijk, eten basic maar te verwachten bij all incl., oud meubilair en oude/vieze douche maar was niet echt een probleem voor ons, zeker geen 4 sterren waard. Recensie was veel positiever geweest als de manager niet zo onaardig was geweest, nare vent.

Non hanno mai pulito camera nè bagno in 7 giorni di soggiorno. Non abbiamo capito cosa entrava a fare la signora delle pulizie tutti i giorni dato che trovavamo camera e bagno esattamente uguali ogni volta. Bagno fatiscente e sporco.

Catégorisé 4****, mérite 2** pas plus, on est bien loin du palace!!! tout est dans le tape à l’œil peintures extérieur et piscine, sinon le reste est vieillot.
Accueil trés formel, prise de température, désinfection des bagages, positif en cette période de covid mais il faut que ce soit de même dans la vie de l'hotel. Nous apprenons que le masque n'est pas obligatoire dans l'hotel, le covid 19 serait il capté à l'arrivée!!!
Propreté hygiène: Des mots qui ne font pas partis du vocabulaire de cet hôtel, ménage pas fait pendant les 3 jours que nous y étions, serviettes pas changées, salle de douche petite, sale et mal entretenue ( nous prenons la douche avec des tongs !!!)
Repas: file d'attente comme à la cantine en période covid c'est normal mais ce qu'il est le moins, nous étions ma femme et moi les seules à porter un masque hors personnel de l'hôtel!!!
Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel, on peut trouver bien mieux dans Gouves dans la même gamme de prix, dans cette période de covid on doit s'attendre à plus de rigueurs, le port du masque devrait être obligatoire pour déambuler dans l'hôtel et dans les files d'attentes du restaurant, ce manquement est inadmissible.
Nous venions de passer 3 semaines dans un appart hotel sur Elounda et les mesures de protections étaient exemplaires, diogenis devrait s'en inspirer.
Les points positifs sont la piscine, vue mer et la petite plage devant l'hôtel mais ça s'arrête là.
Hôtel.com, cet Hôtel bas de gamme ne vous mérite pas.

The location was right next to the sea, the property has potential. We didn’t have our own room we had to share our room with a family friend. No commodity- other rooms were offered water and juice.

We order transfer from the airport to the hotel, and the driver didn't come to pick us.
The shower was too small for one average preson. In our first day there was not hot water to shower.
The stuff was not nice, and didnt explain the facilities outside the hotel.
In our first day, the hotel was full and the food was not enough for every one.
The beach near to the hotel was to small and with small stones, so we prefered to go to somewhere else.
we will not come back and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
