El Greco Hotel by Estia

We really enjoyed our stay at El Greco, all of the staff were very nice and helpful. The room had a nice balcony with a view of the ocean. For breakfast they accommodated my gluten free dietary requirements which was great. The staff even helped us out when our car battery died! Would highly recommend.

If you are looking for a room to stay with all kinds of confort, most likely this is not the hotel for you. Unfortunately, the family rented the property to some other people that destroyed the rooms the last 3 years. However, if you are looking for a top class human experience, this is the hotel for you. The owners are really friendly, happy to explain everything you want / need, looking for your requests for breakfast... In summary, heartouching family that has been dedicated to the business for as long as they can remember and that treat every guests as a family. Not to mention amazing views. Would definately come back.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksbüffet nicht berauschend und wenig Auswahl. Wurst und Käse werden auf einem Teller angerichtet.

Αν και ήμασταν δύο άτομα, το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν ήταν διπλό με δύο δωμάτια , δύο μπάνια και τεράστια βεράντα! Είναι ένα απλό ξενοδοχείο, δεν έχει καμία πολυτέλεια αλλά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα και περάσαμε πολύ καλά. Ακριβώς μπροστά υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου αλλά οπωσδήποτε είναι καλύτερα κάποιος να πάει με το αυτοκίνητο του γιατί η θάλασσα μπροστά είναι λίγο βραχώδης και δεν προσφέρεται για μπάνιο. Πολύ κοντά είναι το Αχίλλειο. Ο δρόμος που διέρχεται μπροστά είναι λίγο θορυβώδης.

Spectacular front balcony views, friendly and informative staff, dissent breakfast, excellent pool at rooftop and close proximity to center of town with a bus stop directly outside the hotel and ample parking in front of the hotel. We were situated on the third floor with a daily climb of stairs that was offset by the outstanding panoramic views of the Ionian sea , canoni, church of Vlahernon in the distance and the breathtaking night skyline. Will definitely ask for the front view rooms.

If you wish to stay on Corfu this is a good hotel to explore the island, it not at one of the main places so if the Kavos scene of late night drinking and the noise is not what you wish for . This hotel is the real Corfu with staff that are so helpful ,you get a nice breakfast it has not got a restaurant put this means the staff will give advise on places to eat nearby . Kaiser Bridge is 5 minute walk and is highly recommended. Many more in Benitses 15 minutes walk to the south

SEMPLICE MA FUNZIONALE, OTTIMA POSIZIONE PER VISITARE TUTTA L'ISOLA, VICINO ALL'AEROPORTO.

Beautiful sea views, and a very friendly welcome from the staff. The accommodation is simple, but clean, and there is a small beach outside the hotel as well as a pool at the top.

The hotel is located on the local road and is close to the beach which is not cultivated, more wild with lot of stones. On the other side the water was clean and good for swimming. The access is not quite good, a lot of stares from the room to the beach.

Ein einfaches Hotel das von freundlichen Angestellten und Besitzern geführt wird. Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet. Die Zimmer waren einfach eingerichtet. Man darf jedoch keinen Luxus erwarten. Sauberkeit war durch eine Putzfrau gegeben. Ein Pool befindet sich auf der obersten Terrasse des Hotels. Wir haben diesen nicht genutzt, da wir mit einem Mietwagen an die schönen Strände der Insel gefahren sind. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von Benitses und man bräuchte ein Auto mit dem man in 2 Min im Ortskern ist. Zu Fuß ist die Strecke weiter und führt nur an der Straße - ihn Bürgersteig- entlang. Zudem liegt das Hotel in der Flugschneise. Dies war für uns nicht weiter störend, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Zusammenfassend war das Hotel für uns (Familie mit einem Kind) super geeignet. Es liegt circa in der Mitte der Insel und mit dem Auto ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Zum Schlafen und Frühstücken ein super Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden nochmal wiederkommen!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 13 al 20 settembre 2014,dopo un volo tranquillo abbiamo ritirato l'auto e ci siamo diretti verso l'hotel dall'aereoporto, circa 20 minuti, in direzione Lefkimi. Arrivati in hotel ci ha accolti il signor Dimitri proprietario dell'hotel con la sua famiglia, che regalandoci una cartina dell'isola ci ha indicato tutti i principali punti di interesse.Le camere sono arredate in maniera essenziale ,e a noi e' stata data una camera con frigo cucina televisore e una splendida terrazza da dove poter ammirare uno splendido paesaggio.Caterina la moglie di Dimitri una splendida persona che ci ha consigliato delle bellissime spiagge da vedere e molto altro.Privacy assicurata, fantastica vacanza grazie anche a Dimitri e Caterina.L'hotel offre una colazione abbondante, molto fresca, Non c'e' posto migliore in cui poter alloggiare a Corfu' e sentirsi come in famiglia...A presto !!!!

Prachtig terras met opkomende zon boven zee, maar ook een drukke autoweg voor de deur.

Hotel solament per pernottamento bagno sensa finestra e un pochino sporco pero nel loro sono puliti per noi italiani e un pochino sporco

ho prenotato questo albergo più che altro perchè l'offerta era buona e la posizione anche (9 km dal centro di kerkyra) essendo un 2 stelle non mi apsettavo di trovare chissà cosa ma neanche mi aspettavo di trovare un degrado simile. appena arrivati ci hanno subito dato le camere , la prima cosa che ho notato entrato in camera è stato l'arredamento, molto datato e li ci potevo anche stare visto che non sono una persona con grosse pretese , la cosa più deludente di tutti è stato il bagno i tubi erano a vista i rubinetti del lavandino e della doccia erano più vecchi di mio nonno la doccia era oscena c'era la tendina piena di muffa nella parte bassa e anche se la chiudevi bene comunque si allagava tutto il bagno c'era solo il soffione a mano quello fisso non esisteva ed era tutto arrugginito tra l 'altro , bidet manco a parlarne , si sentivano sempre odori maleodoranti provenire dal bagno , lo scarico della tazza funzionava male ( si poteva scaricare quanto si voleva ma la carta rimaneva sempre la) e lo scopettone per pulire la tazza neanche vi dico in che condizioni era , la pulizia si limitava al solo pavimento gli ascugamani abbiamo chiesto noi di cambiarli dopo 3 giorni altrimenti neanche quelli ci davano puliti , la struttura è vecchia e a tratti trascurata , bella la piscina anche se per arrivarci bisogna fare molti scalini , ma una volta arrivati su si gode di una bella vista e di privacy , nulla da dire sul personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

the room they offered us was disgusting we had to climb a fireexit type of fire escape to enter what can only be discribed as the attic of the place i went down anr complained and told them i would not put my dog in it to sleep let alone human beings it was the most worse place i had ever set my eyes on and i can honeslly say that should the lord above strike me dead this moment

The hotel is basic but the views are amazing and it kind of grows on you. The location is good, 10 min walking from Benitse which is boring but with some good restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel is half an hour by bus from Corfu Town and from the beautiful Issos Beach! Rooms are basic but clean, AC works, TVs are crap but do you need them?Breakfast is basic, no scrambled eggs, poor choice of juices or coffe but the bread is excellent and the staff is friendly. The hotel is basic but it really manages to make you feel safe and happy I would say. The owner Dimitris is great and very helpful!

Hotel was in fair to poor condition which was expected for the price. The room was not very secure as it had no safe and the balcony door did not lock. In addition, house keeping would leave the balcony door open each day. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the pool area which has great views. Air conditioning in the room was quite poor which made for a few unpleasant sleeps. The nearest town, Benitses, has some good restaurants and beaches. The one downfall is it is not a safe walk as there are no sidewalks and a few blind corners which are unsafe for pedestrians. Hotel staff were not overly friendly but helpful when we had questions.
