Mythos Palace Resort - Adults only

El personal de recepción no fue claro ni amable, la limpieza en la entrada del hotel con todas las bolsas visibles, botellas, etc que creaban mal olor y avispas, el bar de la piscina era imposible ir de tantas avispas mientras te servían la comida. Hacía mucho calor en el comedor del buffet. La calidad de la bebida es muy mala en el todo incluido, no elaboran la preparación de las bebidas, la cerveza siempre estaba caliente y en vasos de plástico o cartón porque siempre decían que no les quedaban de vidrio. En el desayuno no te dan agua, indican que vayas cada vez al grifo que tienen, siendo un todo incluido y no bebiendo alcohol más allá de cerveza y no lo pude hacer por estar caliente, creo que les salía a su favor darme una botella de agua. Creo que no cumple en servicios el nivel que indican y cobran por un cinco estrellas, sinceramente no lo recomendaría. La parte positiva es la zona de playa, aunque no tiene un proceso de retirada de toallas y la gente se guarda las butacas, con lo que estuvimos yendo dos días a la playa y aunque soy madrugador, nunca pude tener butaca en la primera línea aunque la mayoría de ellas aún la gente no hubiese llegado, porque se dejan del día anterior las toallas, alguna camiseta, etc y tampoco quise quitarlo para luego tener yo el conflicto cuando llegase la gente, creo que para eso está el hotel, de todos modos lo indique a la jefa de recepción y básicamente me vino a decir que son conocedores pero que no iban hacer nada.

très bel hôtel et très bon service

This was a bit of a mixed bag. It somewhat lack bits in the execution. The hotel is very worn and doesn’t fully live up to the pictures. Paint, broken tiles, dated furniture. Staff was OK, covered the basic, but could have been a bit more accommodating and friendly. Amazing roof top restaurant / bar (not included in all-inclusive which is OK and clearly stated). Beautiful view, amazing food, cocktails on point and good service and ambience. Pool area lacked atmosphere and luxury. Nice beach, furniture and service there not up to standard. Main all-inclusive buffet was OK, didn’t like the restaurant so much.

Fint sted, Imødekommende personale både i receptionen og på restauranterne. Vi blev meget overrasket, da vi ankom, hvor stort det var, med mange forskellige hoteller og områder. Selvom man havde betalt all inklusive, var der alligevel meget som var begrænset, såsom restauranter, drikkelse mm. - hvilket endte med at skabe mere forvirring end gavn. Vores tjek ind, resulterede i at vi 3 gange inden for en time måtte henvende os nede i receptionen, grundet det givende værelse ikke havde hvad vi havde bestilt (havudsigt) og at appen som de kører mange af deres ting på ikke fungerede. Heldigvis fik vi tilbudt nyt værelse og hjælp til appen, men vi havde brug for at tingene bare spillede ved ankomst. Maden var rigtig fin, på main restauranten. Super løsning med et lille supermarked, da der er langt ind til den nærmeste by på gå ben. Tip.. Tjek så vidt muligt taxa priser mm hjemmefra, dette endte for os med 55 euro hver vej fra port/airport.

Lovely resort, excellent if you a quite, relaxing getaway in a sunny place. Very lovely and efficient housekeeping, very welcoming personnel in the dining areas. Plenty of pools. The beach is quite and lovely.

Hotel qui n’a rien d’un 5*… Les services proposés sont déplorables. Il privilégie la quantité à la qualité! Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas digne d’un 5*. Des pancakes cramés sont servis, les fruits ne sont pas frais, etc Le fonctionnement du sauna et salle de sport est mal fait (horaires restreints, réservation requise)! Je regrette d’avoir réservé cet hotel pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint.

We loved our stay at mythos palace. The resort was great in every aspect. Theres a convenience store down the road that only takes one minute to walk to and several dining options very close by. Theres also a small store in the lobby with most essentials. The beach was really nice and never crowded. There was also boat rentals and tours available on the property. Would absolutely recommend. Make sure to book any guided tours in advance as they sold out quickly.

The hotel is very good of you want a quiet relaxing holiday.

The hotel was not 5 star, this was very disappointing as the food and drinks included in the AI package was not to 5 star standards at all. This was our first AI holiday and based on the quality of the food and drinks we had during our time here, we would not come back. It was a realy shame as they had the pote tial to be better but seemed like they didn't care for those AI customers once they had bought the package. There was also lack of clarity of what was included prior to booking.

Fantastic staff .... very friendly. Hotel in very good condition. Amazing views. A bit isolated to any where else .. so car is useful Evening entertainment but would have loved it if peoplw danced !

Nice looking Hotel

You decide if this sounds 5 star- I will break down facts by a few categories: Positives: -spa staff is professional and skilled enough -buffet service team is very kind and professional -music at night on the rooftop bar is great Amenities In Hotel Control: -Website does not list the realities of all-inclusive. EX: many common cocktails are not included (pina colada) -there is only ONE restaurant available in general for breakfast and dinner, and between lunch end (2:30) and dinner start (6:30) there is no food available except for pool snacks in a cooler that was filled with wasps -Spa indoor pool is unheated. -Common areas no AC -10 min walk to beach from hotel -you're giving a card for ONE towel and have to trade in at the spa. Around 4pm they run out of towels and tell you to come back the next day. -there is only space for about half the guests to enjoy the roof at night & everything else is closed at that time. Service in hotel control: -when we asked about a salon, the 'concierge' said ' did you look at your google maps?' -asked for a taxi back they said ' you just got there?' annoyed we called -run out of towels daily Surroundings (mostly outside the hotel's control but things I would like to know before visiting; these are not factored into my review scores): - the beach at the resort is very rocky. MUST have water shoes to be able to go/enter water -many wasps everywhere outside. -10-15 min car ride to town

Snoppet personale i reception og spa, spa elendigt, sengene var fuldstændig uacceptable endte med 2 dårlige rygge. Kedelig buffet restaurant. Godt med liggestole. Vi havde 4 dage på stdet, 2 havde været mere end rigeligt

Couldn’t fault this hotel. I had a sea view room and the views were incredible. The staff were amazing, the cocktails at the pool bar were great. The pool never seemed too busy and the choice of foods at breakfast was great with so many options.

Schöner Strand, gutes Essen. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Defekte und nicht zu reparierende Toilettenspülung, Hausweine waren nicht genießbar. Am letzten Tag keine Zimmerreinigung mehr und die Minibar wurde selten aufgefüllt.

Es war wunderschön und sehr erholsam. Ein magischer Ort mit freundlichem Personal und sehr gutem Essen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet hôtel, chambre avec bassin privé, le service était au top, le personnel très agréable. Tout aurait pu être parfait si nous n'avions pas été interpellé par le responsable de l'hôtel la veille de notre départ pour nous demander de régler le séjour. En effet celui-ci nous explique qu'il n'a pas reçu l'argent de la part d'expedia mais que si nous payons Expedia nous remboursera sans problème. Évidemment nous avons refusé mais il est revenu à la charge plusieurs fois dans la soirée nous gachant notre dernier moment de vacances. À notre retour j'ai contacté Expedia qui m'a bien confirmé que l'argent avait été versé à l'hôtel et en regardant d'autres avis nous nous sommes rendus compte que nous n'étions pas les seuls à avoir vécu cette très désagréable expérience. Bref premier hôtel 5 étoiles qui nous a donné l'impression d'en être un jusqu'à la veille du départ. Vraiment dommage...
