Pergamos

The room was decent with a queen bed, balcony, ac, desk and chair and closet. My issue was with the bathroom. It was rather tiny while the shower area felt even tinier. In 10 mins walking distance from Larissa Station and to the metro. However, the walk from Larissa to hotel can feel a bit uneasy though nothing bad happened.

The staff was great, but the location was not very safe and the hotel was very loud all night long from lack of soundproofing in the rooms - we could hear other people moving about and talking as if they were in our room. It was the cheapest in the area, though, and an easy 20 minute (albeit somewhat sketchy) walk to the tourist zone.

Le personnel de la réception est catastrophique surtout le veilleur du nuit aucune politesse les cafards dans les chambres la propriété zéro équipements dans l'hôtel zéro à part l'emplacement de l'hôtel pré de toute transport, restaurant, centre ville

Budgethotel not so far from the Omonia-square. The neighbourhood has seen better days. WiFi and A/C are good. The shower is small and the position of the toilet is somewhat awkward. It also can be very noisy from time to time. But if you are on a budget, it's good for a few days.

For the price paid, it was okey. Due to my first room next to the elevator I changed room, because I wake up easily. In the next room I slept very good! But the AC/heatpump didn't work properly in that second room (I tried heat, because it was a bit cold at the evenings and night this early in March)😅 We also chose the hotel due to the picture of the view, well what we thought would be a view. But that was not the reality. The picture with the roundabout has absolutely nothing to do with the view from the rooms OR the roof terrace🙈 But that is the absolute worst I can point out. The springs in the mattresses made some noise when you turned around, but the beds wasn't that bad to sleep in☺️ The staff there was polite and smiling. And I wouldn't mind sleeping here again for a later time in Athens. Overall I would say it's a 4 out of 6, for me and my taste.

La vista dal balcone non è male se non fosse per la zona in cui si trova piena di immigrati. Il personale è gentile ma la pulizia è inesistente. Ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza piena di polvere e insetti mai più!

Good for a short stay, clean and the staff is very helpful. The area around is not the most elegant but we never felt unsafe, even at night

Not a clean room . Bugs everywhere . Bathroom is oddly designed with an impossible design feature that you literally chance to be a contortionist to get into the shower . Staff is not that friendly and neighborhood is as alot to be desired . The only good thing is the location. It is overpriced by any amount you pay . There are other choices around the " Omonnia" metra station " that you can stay at this cleaner and more safer .

Staff were helpful. Room clean but decor very dated. Although the area is a bit run down its easy to walk to from metro station. Did not feel unsafe although solo traveller. Liked that did not need to be out till midday. Would recommend for budget option

Nice, close to popular area

Unfortunately, my parents' stay at this hotel was very disappointing due to a severe bed bug issue. My parents’ room was infested, and my dad was bitten several times. They were moved to a different room, but sadly, it also had bed bugs. This experience was extremely distressing, and it’s unacceptable for any hotel to have such a widespread pest problem. I truly hope management takes this seriously and brings in professional pest control immediately to resolve the issue.

For the price it was a good option but the room was tiny with no real amenities and there was one elevator that fit two people. The front desk were friendly and they cleaned the room each day. If you need somewhere cheap relatively close to Athens, it's not a bad option for a few days.

As a young woman traveling alone, I felt extremely unsafe and unsettled at this hotel and the surrounding areas. Immediately upon entering the hotel the smell of cigarettes was potent, and the cleanliness and aesthetic of the hotel left much to be desired. Once I got to my room, the cigarette smell was even stronger than the lobby. I intentionally booked a non-smoking room, and the ashtray provided in the room made it clear that smoking was not only allowed, but encouraged. I informed the front desk staff that I would need to switch rooms to which they told me they always told guests to smoke on the balconies and not inside the rooms, as if that would make a difference for the smell. They gave me a new room and there was absolutely no difference in smell. I debated sticking it out as it was only a two night stay, but the smell isn’t where my discomfort ended. As a female solo-traveller, you can imagine how it felt to walk back into the lobby only to be stared at by four grown men, who had stopped their conversation to look at me as I passed through. And on my way out to get some fresh air, I was informed by the desk clerk that it was hotel policy to leave my one and only room key at the desk each time I left the hotel

Staff helpful, friendly. Clise to omonia station. Area bit rough but never felt unsafe. Hotel shabby but clean and serves purpose for overnight say. Reception guy was friendly and made us feel worthy

Very friendly reception people. Easy to find. Room basic but adequate.

‼️ BED BUGS!! ‼️ Do NOT stay here!! Terrible service!!! This hotel has a bed bug infestation and cockroach’s in the room. We found out within 2 hours of getting into the room, so luckily we didn’t get any infection on us. The front desk guy was nice and let us change room from 401 to 505, but then we found the second room has even worse bed bugs in the mattress. We left the hotel immediately at 2am even though we booked for 4 nights. When we asked the hotel for a refund, they said we have to go through Expedia. But then they just refused to give us the refund through Expedia and offers no apologies. Even though they are completely at fault and we didn’t stay there at all. Very disappointing terrible experience! See the photo for proofs of bed bugs. There’s one big adult one that I killed, and also many traces of them in the mattress.
