Sunrise Hotel

Maden var middel og ensformig, men lækker græsk salat. Man kunne ikke spritte hænderne af. Min datter mistede et par CK bukser fra værelset.

A friend and I visited the hotel at the end of September for a week and had a fantastic time! The room was modern, clean and spacious with a wonderful sea view capturing the sunrise and sunsets perfectly. In general the food was basic, with exception of the tasty pizza that was prepared daily. The inclusive pool bar provided local beers & spirits, as to be expected, but the beach bar served up some delicious cocktails by the highly entertaining Stelios! Of particular note was the beach party organised by the hotel on the Monday evening, the sangria and salsa dancing provided a great night with an excellent atmosphere. Overall the staff were very professional, helpful and friendly, particularly George and Stavroula at reception. George had great knowledge of the island and advised on the local hotspots to visit, including spectacular beaches and nightlife, whilst helping us out with taxis (and takeaways!) when needed. Considering the price, we were very impressed with the place, so much so that I have already advised this hotel to friends and will be looking to return again.

Hmm, ingen mat upplevelse direkt, helt klart ätbart men men,, okunnig receptions personal som gav fel info vid flera tillfällen & ställde därför till det lite för hela sällskapet. Luft kond funkade inte som den skulle i vårat familjerum. Rätt bra pris för hotellet men tänkte inte på att flygplatsen ligger långt borta så kostnaden för taxi tor, blev ca; 250Euro för våran del/ 6pers.

Overall hotel was good. Our room in the new block was lovely with great view of the sea. Staff were friendly, hard working and helpful. Bar was far enough away for music in the evening not to bother us. Food was basic mixture of Greek standard English food. But they had a very difficult task as they were trying to please several nationalities. They were working on improving the hotel so there was some building noise but we went down the other end of the beach and you couldn't hear it. Beach was lovely, charge was 8 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella but they gave you a free cocktail from the beach bar (where you had to pay for the drinks) so this equalled out. Sun loungers by the pool were free. Grounds were well kept. Had quite a few rowdy young British parties staying at the hotel, but on the whole during the day, they were ok but banged the doors a lot at night and yelled and screamed down the corridors with no consideration for other guests. The acoustics to the rooms were not that good. But the air conditioning worked. The water was hot and I took my ear plugs.

Хороший отель с хорошим расположением в тихом месте. Есть собственный пляж, на котором купаться можно, но мы ходили на другой, где меньше народу. Номер достался нормальный, есть фен, мини-холодильник. Кондиционер шумный - на ночь не включишь. При принятии душа вода частенько попадает на пол, что немного мешает передвижению по ванной. Питание однообразное, но достаточно качественное и наесться можно. Основной ресторан расположен у берега моря - приятно есть и смотреть на море.

+VE - Nice cot for baby - pizza yummy - pool area nice - beautiful views - effort made by entertainment/pool bar day staff - All but one receptionists helpful -VE - night time pool bar man rude - people reserving sunbeds and not using them/not enough sunbeds- why not buy more? - evening food/same as day food not much variation. We ended up eating out in Pefkos - disappointing games room - No hot water on higher floors of hotel - house keeper unhelpful, lied to my face (see below) - water/spirits and generally drinks not nice First night went to our room to find we had NO water, hot or cold. Told reception who said they would look into it and offered use of disabled wash room. floor was flooded and dirty, there was nowhere to put our clothes, certainly nowhere to change a baby (we had 5 month old) had to traipse back to our room in towels. Next day told the water issue had been fixed to find it hadn't. My partner who is a plumber spoke to the manager who admitted the water tanks not sufficient enough for the hotel and said we would only get water between 11am-5pm (we were generally during these hours) as on a higher floor. Requested to move rooms. Told we had to pack all our things and put in reception as they needed our room and couldn't give us another one yet - I refused (I had baby food in the fridge/bottles in steriliser - tried to explain but they wouldn't listen). Asked reception to see the room we would be moving to found it had been cleaned. Asked again to move s

L'albergo è in una ottima posizione, sul mare con una bella caletta di acqua calda. Ristorante da sulla caletta quindi ottima vista ed è gradevole mangiare li anche se il cibo non è proprio il massimo, se non altro è mangiabile e poi il cibo e il bere sono in formula all inclusive, quindi non ci si può lamentare troppo. La piscina è molto carina come anche il bar annesso e il bar sulla spiaggia fa cocktail buoni (a pagamento). La camera era piccola, poco pulita (non penso abbiano mai spazzato il pavimento) e un po' antiquata e impolverata. Le pulizie venivano fatte tutti i giorni ma in modo poco attento. Il bagno era più pulito ma minuscolo e il disagio più grosso è che tra le 17 e le 19.30 (orario in cui tutti gli ospiti dell'albergo salivano in camera per la doccia) l'acqua calda era inesistente, abbiamo più volte dovuto fare la doccia fredda. ORRIBILE. Il personale era comunque gentile e il pizzaiolo dell'albergo fa una pizza fantastica. Se come noi, volevate spendere poco e girare molto l'isola. questo hotel potrebbe andare bene, ma se la vostra idea è restare anche in albergo, ve lo sconsiglio. Io, personalmente non ci ritornerei.

we paid extra for sun bath area 8 euro per day even all inclusive hotel.nothing to eat in the morning as Mediterranean as a Mediterranean myself. drinks are no name cheap food is mostly pasta,macaroni. we eat outside for lunch and dinner and paid extra. no invoice given only a paper.wait for the reception first late arrival 20 minutes to come to reception and this is the manager of the hotel????? never go again

Πήγαμε για γαμήλιο ταξίδι στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο μετά από έναν απαιτητικό μήνα (λόγω γάμου)και θέλαμε επειγόντως ξεκούραση...κατί και το οποίο είχαμε στο 100%. Η περιοχή ακριβώς αυτό που επιθυμούσαμε, το συγκρότημα πέρα από την μεγάλη πισίνα είχε και ιδιωτική παραλία, απλά υπέροχη... το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και παρόλου που είχαμε κλείσει δωμάτιο με θέα στο κήπο μόλις τους αναφέραμε ότι είμαστε νιόπαντροι μας έδωσαν χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση δωμαάιο με θέα στην θάλασσα, νομίζω από τα καλύτερα δωμάτια που διαθέτουν... Τέλος θα ήθελα να αναφερθώ σε δύο πρόσωπα ιδιαίτερα: την Αντωνία που μας χάρησε απλόχερα το χαμόγελο της και την θετική της αύρα και τον Νίκο για τις υπέροχες πίτσες του και τη φιλική του διάθεση...Απλά περάσαμε υπέροχα, ελπίζουμε να σας ξαναδούμε!!!

Hotel bardzo przyjemny. Dobre jedzenie, miła obsługa. Jednak zastrzeżenie do animacji brak pomysłu na siebie.

Food is awful, found ourselves eating more and more in the surrounding restaurants instead the all inclusive. The hotel stuff is nice but I heard that other hotels give you 50 minutes massage and 1 dinner in restaurant is f you book them. Don't pay the 7 euro per sun bed on the beach you can catch one for free next to the pool. The beach strap is nice although. You get what you paid for

Никаких претензий нет ни к отелю ни к персоналу. Еда вкусная, номер достался аккуратный, с видом на море, с удобными балконами, в отдельном сдании, рядом по нашей просьбе поселили друзей. Единственное,контингент в отеле 40+ и музыка играла соответствующая.

Globalement c'était bien. Peu de français, pas facile pour ma fille de 15 ans. L'animation très light et les animateurs trop discrets........

Ich war mit meiner Freundin eine Woche in diesem All Inclusive Hotel...hat sich als großer Fehler herausgestellt. Das Personal war unfreundlich, als wir mit ihnen über das fehlende Wasser (weder Dusche, Wasserhahn noch Klospülung hat funktioniert) hinweisen wollten, kamen nur freche Antworten zurück und man hat schon an deren Stimmlage ihre Aggression gehört. Die Türen und Wände sind aus Papier: Man hört stehts irgendwelche Russen herum schimpfen und das schon um 7Uhr in der Früh! ;( Außerdem wurden unsere dreckigen Handtücher (die wir auf den Boden gelegt haben) wieder von der Putzfrau zusammen gefaltet und uns als "sauber" verkauft! Nach dieser Aktion hat es uns gereicht. Wir haben die ekeligen Getränke und das 0815 Essen dort nicht konsumiert und sind mit unserem Moped täglich immer irgendwo essen gefahren und haben so von der Insel sehr viel gesehen, was man sonst nicht in einem All Inclusive Hotel nicht erfährt. Die Gegend dort ist sehr schön! Ich empfehle jedem, der auf Rhodos Urlaub machen will, irgendeine Pension zu buchen und Tag für Tag die geheimen Strände zu erforschen und nicht wie eine Sardine in den All Inclusive Hotelanlagen zu liegen ;-)

nous revenons d 'un séjour d'une semaine au sunrise hotel et avons passé de superbes vacances l'emplacement de l'hotel est extra, et le site très bien agencé, entre piscine, plage, bar, resto, le tout les pieds dans l'eau avec une vue sur la mer omniprésente. belle piscine, belle plage, restaurant pergola très sympa. Personnel de l'hotel très agréable, animations suffisantes ( ni trop , ni pas assez ) Les critiques récurrentes sur la nourriture ne sont pas forcément justifiées ( ça reste un trois étoiles et petit plus pour le pizzaiolo et les soirées barbecue ) La situation est top , car proche de Lindos 15 min en bus. Seul petit bémol de notre séjour, la chambre, un peu vieillote et clim bruyante mais très peu de temps passé dans la chambre au final !!

Achtung: Das Zimmer sieht nicht so aus, wie auf der Homepage abgebildet! Das Hotel wirkt etwas vernachlässigt (kaputte Stühle etc...)

we got a big, very good, room, with a balcony to the sea. the room was clean and nice, but it had two problems - the bathroom was less then good: it had a smell of a sewage, and the showerhead was unpleasant. other than that, the service was great, the crew was very friendly and helpful. the food was good and the pool-bar was great!!
