Hotel Inoubliable

Very authentic Haitian hotel. Nothing fancy but very clean and great customer service. Food was fantastic.

Place de reve surtout pour couple la bouffe est parfait l'accueil etait chaleureux rien n'a reproché je retournerai encore . Love you guy i miss you all

This is the 2nd times I stayed at this hotel i have no complain except the road to hotel need to be fixed if they fixed the road the hotel would be perfect

This is a traditional Haitian hotel which allowed the true feeling of Haiti. The room was spacious and clean. The atmosphere was very relaxing. If you're looking for a romantic getaway with your partner this is the location for you. It's quite & intimate. The beach is literally across the street and while at the hotel pool you get a view of the beach. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, I was there week of the riot. They made sure my few extra days were trouble free. Loved my experience there i will def go back. My only area of improvement would be: more traditional cultural food options & familiarity with local hot spots for guests.

Wow, this was a steal! The pool was fantastic, the kitchen staff was accommodating to our dietary restrictions, and the cleanliness was spot on. Now this isn’t a 5 star hotel by any means. In the United States this would be maybe a 2 or 3, but it is a well kept and managed 2-3–much better than what you’d get for this price in the states. It was a little farther from town than expected (15-20 by tap tap) but it was worth it. The beach across the street was great too. You either pay 400 goudes to use the chair or buy something to use the chair (so obviously we went with the 50 goudes rate that came with a free 7Up).

I spent a few days in Cayes Jacmel at Inoubliable hotel. It’s a beautiful place, with a lot of potential. Part of the hotel is still under construction but it doesn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. The staff was extra nice, and the hotel’s owner was very available to answer all my questions via Facebook when I was planning my stay there. When I got there, the young man in charge of greeting the clients (his name is Jean) made sure everything was to my liking; the room, the food. He had me visit the premises. From the top floor you could see the Caribbean Sea. And I had a room facing the pool with my own balcony where they served me breakfast in the morning; I fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the ocean. Their inground pool is nice and clean; there’s a mango tree right next to it, and stools in the pool. I’d say the only thing I disliked about the hotel was the driveway. It’s uphill and not paved yet, and that can be very dangerous. Across the street from the hotel is a “public” beach called Ti Mouillage with a snack bar and long chairs you have to pay to sit on (between 150 and 500 gourdes, depending how they feel about you). Of course they don’t tell you that you must pay to sit there until they bring you the bill. Very dishonest and the lighter your skin is, the more money they charge you. They are not related to the hotel at all, but when you want to go to the nearest beach, that’s where you’d go. Try to go somewhere else than Ti Mouillage.

This was my second time staying there, everything about this place is great. I'll definitely go back again!

Très bon accueil de Jean, qui fait le maximum pour que ses hôtes se sentent bien. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bien servi. Le lit pourrait être un peu plus dur

Our stay was wonderful. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and right across the street from the beach! Our experience was lovely and we would definitely return and recommend.

Mr Jean was winderfull in is sevices. The service from him was to much.... that make us very happy.

This was very cute comfortable. There's a restaurant on site so I didn't really need to leave for food, staff always eager to help. And there building on to the property.

Hotel Inoubliable is located right across from one of Jacmel's best public beaches. It isn't a beachfront stay, but it is the best that you can get for the price. The hotel itself is comfortable, and the hotel staff are very accommodating. VERY accommodating. Your wish is their command, as long as it is in their power to grant it.

This hotel is a gem. The rooms see immaculate and spacious. Junior and his staff work hard to make sure everything is perfect. Food delicious and they will have dinner ready if you call ahead. Nice, clean beach across the street.

Stayed here with my friend on our tour south April of 2017 and I recommend it 100%. It's an amazing hotel with a perfect location. About 12km east of Jacmel, which was great because you don't have to deal with the chaos and crowds.It's a quick drive into Jacmel when you want to explore though. Hotel is a 2 minute walk from the beach. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Staff was brilliant and unbelievably accommodating and kind. Food was spectacular...I recommend the fresh fish! Breakfast included and delicious. Price of the hotel is unbeatable, definitely a find!

Super le personnel est excellent les chambres super parfait je considère cette hôtel 10 + et une super plage devant et le boss est très généreux ses sur si je retourne à Jacmel ses la et je conseille à tous le monde cette hôtel et meme si vous est malade il prend soin de vous super
