I loved one because it has a very nice view, is very clean, and has good service.

This was such a cool place to stay. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The food and drinks were amazing and the location couldn’t have been better. We would definitely come back.

Very good location good grill restaurant but don’t expect amazing steaks they are 7/10. Didn’t try the seafood but looked good. Super friendly staff. Great coral reef for snorkeling 400m away.

Room was large and beds were comfortable. It has AC, kitchenette without coffee, tv with a bad functioning remote, so you couldn’t watch what you wanted, staff was friendly, and for one night was ok. Worts was that no hot water came in a cold morning. And nobody was at the reception to help.

The restaurant staff in the evening were great. The room is a great size but needs some love - new pillows would be a start. Food was good.

Very nice, clean and spacy room, comfortable bed. The kitchen is rather small but well equipped and fully functional to prepare small dishes. Big balcony with a hammock and view of the ocean was a pleasure to use for reading, coffee or a cigar when not at the beach. The Argentinian restaurant is a part of Posada and have excellent dishes for breakfast, lunch or supper, however some a bit pricey. The personnel was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to communicate in English or Spanish.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was amazing! Excellent breakfast!! Finding it for the first time was a little difficult, could use some more signs.

I like the fact that is not marina , no boats park on the waterfront of the property , the stuff is amazing specially Jonathan, Letty also is a safe place they have security guard all night long and day. Amazing place , I highly recommended!!’

This was our 5th time to West Bay and highly recommend. This is why we liked it- Spacious, clean, great balcony, and fanatic location. Argentinian Grill staff were extremely accommodating, attentive, and welcoming. Only complaint is the rooster at the house next door. Would stay here again!

Spacious rooms, big covered balcony. Kitchentte, daily housekeeping. Comfortable. Security on site. Not your regular hotel, more like a condo building. The road and parking lot could really use some work ! A short distance away on the same property was the Argentinean Grill, where you checked in and paid your hotel and meal bills. The staff who worked for the restaurant were excellent ...I can't remember all the names except Harris, Lewis, Walter, Joel, Eduardo, Jonathan, Michelle. Hotel general staff like Mario are everyone's favourites because of all the hard work he does especially with the beach chairs every day. Also Oscar ,the security guard was a joy to spend time with his pleasant personality and eagerly took care to watch over our stuff at the beach. The hotel is located in West Bay and a short walk to snorkelling, convenience stores and a multitude of nice restaurants. The Argentinian Grill on this site was our top resturant. The hotel rooms are all-wood, and could use some updated countertops.

I could walk to anything I needed and could do it on the beach. The Argentilean Grill is attached to the hotel and you recieved a discount for lunch and dinner and breakfreast for free.

I stayed here with my sister for a week and we had an incredible time. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beach was stunningly beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about this place! On top of all of that, the food was great! I can’t wait to go back!

La reservación la hice para 4 personas y al llegar me cobraron, 119 adicionales, no llegamos la primer noche, y no tuvieron ninguna cortesía, se les llamo muchas veces y no contestan, la persona que nos entregó la habitación muy grosera, no se fue de la habitación hasta confirmar que mis amigos que estaban en otro hotel no se fueran. Es la primera y última vez que vamos a ese hotel. No lo recomiendo

Estuvo bien a pesar del clima. Lo único malo es que el internet dejó de funcionar a partir del 2 día y no volvió más. La administración nos dijo que esto se debió a una falla del proveedor y que todo dependía de ellos. La playa es preciosa y el mar si está de buen clima perfecto.

Espectacular

La experiencia en el hotel fue fabulosa, el personal nos atendió de maravilla, nos encanto la habitación muy cómoda y limpia. El acceso a la playa esta a menos de 1 min desde la habitación. Nos gusto que a pesar de estar concurrida la isla por se feriado el área de playa frente al Hotel se encontraba con poca gente. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar!!!!
