Hi-Inn

Booked this place for a business trip, location is decent but the conditions are disgraceful. Hotel of horrors! Had to check out after the 1st night and source alternative accommodation due to the vile conditions. Mouldy pillows, mouldy fridge, mould all over shower gel bottles, a man sleeping in hallway on my floor, cockroaches crawling over the water tanks, no hot water and fridge not working, lift not working and having to walk up to the 14th floor with luggage. Switch for hot water not even on the wall properly, what I can only guess to be the smoke alarm covered over in plastic. Let the photos speak for themselves, avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

The room is very small and dirty. Hard to get to the place. Staff is good

Out of expectation. Quiet environment and nice room.

I saw 2 huge cockroaches I had to ask the reception to kill it. He only killed one and missed one. I was never felt comfortable after that. Then the next day there is another small cockroach by my luggage. The hotel is in an old place its like a motel, no windows which I requested and paid for the one with it. They gave me the most regular room. Facility is okay. Hot water is good, AC is cold, and the hair dryer is good too. But the exhaust stopped working on the second day of my stay for whatever reason.

Llegando nos cambiaron a otro hostal en la torre de al frente. Este no tenia recepcion. La pieza 2 camas de 1 plaza y un velador al medio con una caja fuerte y secador de pelo. ( 2,5 x 2,5 m) Una ventana de 30 x 30 que miraba al patio interior. Primer día falló el aire condicionado y el segundo se caía la Luz de toda la habitación. Al tercer día todo lo arreglaron. Habían baratas en la habitación. El baño chico con la ducha que caía sobre el wc. Si puedes pagar más, yo lo haría. La ubicación es buena pero si llegas tarde entras a un pasaje de árabes que está lleno de tienditas que en la noche solo algunas están abiertas y da un poco de susto. El personal que nos atendió igual fue amable

ห้องน้ำแย่ ท่อตันน้ำไหลไม่ลง ส้วมก้อไม่ลง ฝักบัวพัง ทำเลดี แต่บริเวณทางขึ้นที่พักเป็นเหมือนแหล่งคนแขก ไม่ค่อยสะอาด น่ากลัว ห้องเล็กแต่พอทำใจเรื่องขนาดมาแล้ว

체크인하는 곳과 실제 묵는 곳이 달라서 조심할 것. 방자체는 깨끗하지만 매우 협소하고 방음이 잘 안됨. 세면도구는 수건 1장, 칫솔이 끝(샴푸 및 바디샤워 디스펜서가 욕실에 있지만 내용물이 없는 경우가 많음. 전체적인 입지는 스타페리 선착장과도 그리 멀지 않아 괜찮은 편. 단, 청킹 맨션 내부이므로 여자일행들만 묵는 건 되도록 비추천 함.

Good place, good service, good experience

I did not stay at this hotel; it was so very bad. I never had problems trusting Hotels.com, but this time I was very disappointed. There is a big question on the reliability of Hotels.com and its reviews when the "hotel" I booked (chose a bit more pricey one than hostels or B&Bs coz I wanted better) was totally different, much smaller and dirtier than the pictures show, not to mention I did not even stay in Hi-Inn hotel but some other room owned by the business owners. P.S. It's in the Indian-owned area in HKG

A good Pinoy style hotel. Quite basic but has all you need. Really convenient for Manila Airport T1 and terminal bus connections, yet did not notice the planes. Helpful and friendly staff. Local area residential with a couple of small local stores. 5-10 minute walk to 711.

This hotel is horrible I never never seen before ,and why when I saw the picture from the app very very big difference,when I check in and walked in the room no air at all I can not breath , how can I stay there two night , and the ground floor look to many strange people , my husband talk to me I don’t want to die from here he’s very angry with this booking after I moved out make me lost my money @$250 AUD ,I very very disappointed this booking!

嚴重貨不對板，網上照片和實際情況嚴重不一，感覺被騙了，以後都不會再相信這間酒店。第一次經歷這樣的貨不對板，希望不要再騙人
