Beautiful property run by a fantastic team. Breakfast was varied and fresh. The team help to plan your day if you need assistance and offer lots of local insights to get the most out of the area. When we arrived, unfortunately our booking had been lost in the system as they hadnt used Expedia for over 2 years. They found us accommodation in a neighbouring guest house, which was equally as comfortable and friendly, within minutes. These things happen but the important thing was their acceptance of responsibility and resolving the matter before it became a problem. Highly recommended.

We don't have a bad word to say about our own experience at the Hospedaria. Stayed here on our travels from South to North in May 2016. The rooms are huge and beautiful. The location is ideal for exploring Panjim. Roy, the owner, is always about and ready to offer advice. He helped plan our day trips, gave us local knowledge, helped us to negotiate cheap taxis, and even goes above and beyond (for example by giving me rehydration satchets and giving me a lift to a ferry at 6am one day). Highly recommend and very reasonably priced.

We have never had more caring, personal service as we did when we stayed with Roy. He helped us with all of the regular logistics like finding great restaurants and transportation, but also helped me surprise my travel partner with a cake and decorations for her birthday, and sent up extra supplies when she was sick from food poisoning from a different city. We had a wonderful time in a gorgeous room. A really clean, safe, and helpful place with a delicious breakfast included. And the friendly, personalized service cannot be topped. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to panjim.

Second time at Hotel and each time was great. Lovely place to stay if you're in Panjim. Easy to walk to many sites and nice restaurants close by. Safe walking even at night. Very friendly and helpful management staff.

Warm welcome and very helpful management staff! Very nice "extras" provided for no charge including two large bottles of water each day, nice soaps and lotions, coffee,tea, etc. Rooms have been nicely updated. Management provided good recommendations on eating places and sites to see.

コロニアル風の町並みの中の青い色のホテルでした。ホテルのタイルや家具も時代を感じるもので雰囲気がとても良かったです。 バスターミナルにも歩いて行けて便利でした。朝食付きでサモサ、バン、卵料理、ハム、ソーセージ、フルーツ、豆の煮込み、飲み物がでました。オーナーさんが親切でとても良い方でした。

所謂ゲストハウスで、ゴア観光で安く泊まりたい人にはOK。住宅地の静かな場所ですが、教会まで歩いて5分くらい、船上カジノまで10分くらい,商店街まで10分くらい、バスターミナルまで10分くらいでわりと便利な位置です。朝食は、ポルトガル風なのか、表面が硬めで中は柔らかいパンにバターかジャム,コーヒーか紅茶,ソーセージに玉子 とパイナップル。ベッドの位置が高いので小柄の人は上がり難いかも。シャンプーとドライヤー、スリッパは無いので持参してください。ビーチ沿いの方がレストラン、土産屋などが沢山あって栄えているので市内観光やカジノに興味が無ければビーチ沿いのホテルが良さそうです。バスターミナルから主要なビーチまで地元のバスで30分位で行けます。ただ、どこで降りるかわかり難いのと、バス停からビーチまで500mくらいは歩くので海外旅行上級者向けのプランです。ビーチでも、市内の主要ポイントでも比較的容易にリクシャーやタクシーが見つかるので移動は割と楽でした。

Stayed there with my family for three days, its very well located at heart of Panjim , Mr Roy always helpful and courteous makes the stay very comfortable and homily, breakfast was excellent. Look forward to return to enjoy their pristine hospitality .Thanks Mr Roy for making our stay very enjoyable and memorable one.
