The Hotel could have ensured there is no accumulation of water in wash room. Room temp if fixed by default at 25 deg and you can do nothing about it. Room service is horrible, less said the better. There is no connection between what is shown in their website and in reality about the rooms. There are several rooms which are better and lying vacant. Why can't they allot to us? A useful tip to senior citizens like us. Be prepared to climb at 40 degrees slope and then a stair before you could meet with the receptionist. Certainly you will be exhausted. This was booked by my daughter who is abroad and she is shocked to know our experience. Otherwise the people managing the reception are providing reasonably good service though restaurant staff are indifferent while it is empty for most of the time may be because of exorbitant cost they charge.

This certainly not a 3-star property as listed on the Hotels.com website. It’s un-hygienic and shoddy.

Staff was very helpful,I had emergency and I had to short my stay at Hotel,all front desk staff helped me to cancel my stay and refund my money promptly.they even curtious to call me personally and confirm my refund.

it is only budget oriented hotel. do not expect high quality service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms slightly small and cramped. But good value for money. Stayed for one night as I had business in the area. Location is not great but great for a budget stay in Mumbai close to the western express highway

Nowhere close to the photos. Rooms overlook garbage dump where dogs are fighting and cats are all night. Completely worn out sheets, broker tables, unwashed linen, foam coming off the bed. Horrible bathroom with no exhaust fan, destroyed flooring. Ac did not work. Not even worth rs1000

Het hotel doet ouderwets aan, maar is keurig onderhouden, voorzien van de meest noodzakelijke gemakken als klein bureau, TV, AC, roomservice en goede assistentie door het personeel indien gewenst. Grondige dagelijkse schoonmaak van de kamer. Het hotel ligt boven het restaurant en is zowel binnendoor als buitenom uitsluitend per trap trap bereiken. Wat het hotel "ground floor" noemt is feitelijk de eerste etage. Volgende keer kom ik hier graag terug.
