Hotel Shivaye

Hotel room and bedroom was dirty. No parking. Too natrow roads i think only 7 feet wide.

It is deep inside a very narrow street where maneuvering your car and parking it is very difficult.Room was too small with no bright lights and a small window opens on a wall suffocating the place. wash room was dirty with no toilet paper and towels. Shelves were not broad enough to keep luggage. The boy served tea in a poly bag to us. No restaurant and limited items for outside food.

We paid for three double bed rooms but one of the allocated room was tiny with no windows. All the rooms were not clean. The bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom smelled.

Property located near Har k Pauri with wvery genuine pricing and staff were really good.

I do not understand how did anyone give it an 8 in reviews. The hotel was in a hidden street. There was no lift. But the shocking part was the room we got smelled pungent of mould/fungus. It wasn't clean either and when we complained they said its because it was closed n they didnt have any other room. We had to ask for basic soap and a sitting low stool for bathing as there wasnt any. The bedsheet were off white with oily stains. We were so tired after a long journey but still we couldn't sleep and left very early. We had to take a short trip to the Ganges and when we got back at 7am the hotel door was closed , no one was answering to the knocks. After almost half an hour of waiting someone came to open the door. We collected our luggage and che ked outright away. Absolutely nightmare and absolutely not worth the price. Mind you there are several hotels with same name in the same area but dont expect them to be any better. I will never recommend this hotel. We got lured by the reviews and now learnt not to trust thise either.A big minus👎

Staff was courteous and helpful

Hotel is near to har ki pauri and mansa devi temple. Place is very quit. Rooms are very clean and staff is very helpfull.

Property is near to railway station so easy to access. Hotel staff is very helpful. I checked in my room before 4 hours of our actual checkin time.

The property is pretty close to the railway station. Thus quick access to multiple food outlets. The staff is quite helpful. The property location is not visible on Google maps and hence you need to call the property when you arrive to know to reach the property. The property does not have their own parking space and hence you need to park your vehicle at a paid parking wherein the nearest one is approx 100 mts away from the property. The experience was pretty good staying here.

The serving staff & the manager were very cordial & nice to deal with.

The property was very well presented with clean, modern, bright rooms. The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. However it was quite difficult to locate and there was quite a lot of noise overnight. But I would stay again.
