The hotel is a really well located hotel that is smaller in size with excellent service at the front desk and restaurant. Theres also a brilliant rooftop bar and pool. The decor is more classic than modern which we didnt mind as we were very comfortable in the spacious rooms. Location on Marine Drive was excellent.

Reception staff were not up to Intercontinental Standard. When we asked for a room upgrade the reception lied and informed they were sold out and unable to give a better room. When I went to the room and checked there were many better rooms available. Unless you get a sea facing room avoid the hotel as the side view is terrible from the window which would depress even the happiest traveler.

All round poor experience, from unprofessional check it, poorly maintained rooms. Whole property feels like it needs a refurbishment. Breakfast has limited selection. Pool area found wanting. Shame

Amazing hotel in Mumbai. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast has many options. On our last day they gave us a special dish. It was very kind! The sunset view from the restaurant is great! Highly recommended!

I was very disappointed because you listed on your website that this hotel has a gym. Which is the single most important amenity for me. The gym was under renovation so not in use during my stay.

Exceptional comfort and service. Our suite was fantastic. Rooftop bar was extremely enjoyable. Airport car service was perfect. Staff accomodated our unusual schedule perfectly without issue. Will definitely return.

Dipesh and team were wonderful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Even added some perks and complimentary upgrades! Wonderful staff. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
One area of improvement - I wish they would allow hotel residing guest to make reservations at the dining places, especially when guests pay to enjoy the view. One of the reason I picked this hotel was for dome. But couldn’t get a preferred seat so was a bit let down.

A quaint property that soothes the body and mind. Comfortable bedroom with an excellent view. Friendly and helpful staff . You can't go wrong in choosing this hotel. I will definitely stay there again during my next visit to Mumbai.
