Park Inn by Radisson Goa Candolim

Hotel maintained their excellent standards, were attentative and supportive with our needs. The roof top swimming pool, sauna and steam room was really relaxing at the end of the day and the views were great. Great choice at breakfast. Staff in all areas were extremely professional and welcoming.

Vi var mycket nöjda med våran vistelse som endast var en natt. Precis allt till belåtenhet, kommer säkert att återvända någon gång. Fina rum, rent & snyggt, skön stor säng, perfekt AC, stor tv, bra dusch alltså inget att klaga på. Fin pool & stor frukost buffé. Läget är också bra, nära till både stranden, shopping, restauranger & barer.

The property had us at the back of the hotel where there was literally no light. The breakfast options were subpar at best.

The place was clean and at the center of Candolim. Barely walking 5 mins from the hotel, there are several places to shop and dine.

Staff are very helpful and the condition was poor.

Our experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly with regard to both check-in and check-out procedures. Upon arrival, we requested an early check-in, but were made to wait for over two hours. Despite the agreed check-in time, our room was not ready, and when it was eventually provided, the floors were wet and the bathrooms had an unpleasant odor. Moreover, the behavior of the hotel staff, specifically the manager, Mr. Subodhip, was unprofessional and uncalled for. During check-out, we had clearly communicated our departure time to the team. However, Mr. Subodhip repeatedly called every five minutes, using harsh and inappropriate language. He wrongly assumed we had not checked out, even though we had vacated the room and handed over the keys to his staff. It was evident that there was a breakdown in communication between him and his subordinates. His poor management and lack of professionalism created a frustrating and unpleasant experience for us.

A lot of furniture in the suit was broken and the property had a lot of maintenance required for its electrical wiring and power supply

We recently stayed at your property and noticed that the housekeeping standards have room for improvement. Upon check-in, there were issues with the cleanliness of the room, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room itself could benefit from better maintenance to enhance the overall guest experience. On a positive note, I want to commend Myra, Sandeep, Ankita, Debrata, and the head chef for their exceptional hospitality. Their efforts made the stay more pleasant, and their professionalism stood out. However, I encountered a concerning issue with the pool attendant/cleaner. I found his behavior towards children to be rude, particularly assuming that all children spoke Hindi. While children do tend to splash a little, his reactions seemed unnecessarily harsh. Furthermore, I overheard him gossiping with other guests in a manner that came across as demeaning towards those using the pool. This is not reflective of the welcoming and professional hospitality standards I expect. I strongly suggest that the pool staff, particularly this individual, receive mentoring and training on hospitality and guest interaction. A more understanding and respectful approach would greatly enhance the experience for families and children. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration. Worst worst property i had stayed

Great property. Checks most of the tasks. Staff seem overworked though. In room dining is one the best I've ever had. So delectable..

Breakfast was good. Cockroaches in the rooms. Bed bugs. Clogged bathroom drains. No towels . Bad housekeeping. Snake and frog on pool. Rude staff behavior

We recently spent two wonderful days at this charming property in Candolim, Goa. The staff's warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. The property's upkeep was impressive - spotless rooms, well-manicured gardens, and a sparkling pool (with a separate kiddie pool!) that was a delight to relax by. The breakfast spread was a delicious surprise, offering a thoughtful mix of Indian and continental options. I was also impressed by the convenient valet parking and the bar's extended hours. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff's dedication to ensuring our comfort. They went above and beyond to help with any request. Kudos to the entire team for maintaining such high standards! This property is a gem, perfect for a quick weekend getaway. We can't wait to return!

Property was okay balcony view was very ugly. Noisy property all the time not worth of money

Staff was excellent

The hotel is good for Goa but not amazing. Breakfast is chaotic with the room being too small. The room wall was a bit dirty as well which is not what you would expect. The mattress was amazing though as was the shower. Outside pool area is also lovely . We were only there for one night and the room had a horrible view to the back of the hotel and was on the second floor with no lift.

Overall bad experience. 1. I booked rooms with condition of pay at hotel. Hotel staff called 2 days before and asked for part payment to confirm the booking. 2. 2 rooms Premium and Standard -Standard rooms are on top floor and that building doesn't have lift. 3. We upgraded Premium room to delux room because room shape was not good. Upgrade charges were not fixed. 4. Location is good. 5. Food was ok. 6. Staff was good and cooperative and they helped a lot from there side. 7. Many issues in delux room - Phone was not working, Geyser issue etc..

Pros: Resort style hotel. Comfortable stay, good location, spacious and well maintined rooms. Friendly staffs, delicious food. Cons: No elevator, main restaurant closes at 10:30 PM ( limited items are available round the clock). No car parking facility inside the property.

The room are good wish they were big enough for the price we paid, buffet was decent and the valet parking is nice, only suggestion I would say is change the check out time till 12 PM at least like most hotels do 2 PM check in and 11 PM check out is bit disappointing.Pool should have been cleaned, were able to find the dead mosquitoes and flies..
