Magnifique hôtel! Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit à notre arrivée avant de partir sur d’autres villages, mais à notre prochain passage à Denpasar nous resterons plus longtemps pour profiter bien plus. We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again. Our thanks to your entire staff for a lovely vacation!

Our room was on top of the barbecue restaurant the due the smell and the noise, we cannot sit in the balcony, and the noise and the music was so loud that we couldn’t really sleep well. Fisherman club restaurant the food was very good, but he was open to the public therefore the hotel guest limited seat choices that was disappointing in the music again it was too loud. We had to shout to talk to each other during the meal..

We arrived at Andaz Bali Resort and were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff with a refreshing welcome drink while enjoying some small talk. Following the guidance, we were shown to a beautiful room and received a brief explanation along with a few notes of attention. Breakfast was also a pleasant experience – thanks to the helpful staff, we had no difficulty and enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes together as a family. The resort’s location was excellent, with easy access to the city and shopping malls. It was peaceful and quiet, and every morning I enjoyed running while spending a wonderful holiday with my family. We truly appreciate the kindness shown to our family. This is definitely a resort we would love to visit again in the future.

This was, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The food was absolutely delicious, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the warmth, kindness, and genuine smiles of the staff. They made me feel so welcome and cared for. I can’t wait to come back again — it’s a place I’ll remember forever.

Customer.service was top notch.

Can’t fault our stay in any way. The facilities were extensive, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was varied and delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. Plenty of activities for children. Ability to use the facilities of the Hyatt next door. The beach is on your doorstep. Plenty of things to do outside of the hotel, with the centre of Sanur, and the ICON Bali shopping centre a short walk away.

We loved staying at Andaz and hope to come back again someday. Breakfast was incredible. Kids loved kids club. The grounds and accommodation were stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location in Sanur and close to shops, restaurants, cafe and spas. We had a really relaxing and luxurious break.

We recently stayed at Andaz Sanur for 4 nights as part of my birthday week celebrations. Absolutely loved this stunning resort, the staff who couldn't do enough for you and the dining options which were available onsite. They even organised a lovely birthday cake which was very unexpected 😁 What we didn't love was the harassment we received by the ladies on the boardwalk (outside the resort) anytime we wanted to go for a walk. Everytime they saw us they would beg us to have a look at their shop and they simply wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. In the end we were harassed to the point that we were forced to find another route to walk just to avoid them. Would definitely stay at Andaz again but in hindsight would steer clear of the boardwalk.

I wasn't expecting the Andaz to be so family friendly, but it really caters to families well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, there are several pool options to choose from, and the grounds are beautiful (and extensive). The hotel restaurants were very good and reasonably priced. You can walk along the boardwalk (or use the hotel's bikes) - just be mindful that parts can get very crowded at certain times of day, making it difficult to navigate with a bike or stroller. The kids club and playgrounds were very nice and all staff were lovely.

Great location right on the Sanur beach, close to many restaurants and shopping places. amazing property grounds and the villa with private pool was very comfortable and fun to stay in.

If you’re traveling with young children, please be aware that this hotel poses serious safety risks, particularly around the swimming pool. While the property is beautiful and the staff are friendly and polite, our stay nearly ended in tragedy due to a lack of safety measures and proper pool maintenance. The main pool is poorly maintained, with broken tiles and sharp edges in multiple areas (see photos). I cut my foot on one of these edges, requiring medical attention from the hotel doctor. While I was being treated, my 2-year-old son fell into the pool and nearly drowned. Thankfully, an alert guest rescued him—no staff intervened. It turns out, according to the Duty Manager, that the hotel's official policy is that there are no lifeguards on duty and that hotel guests swim at their own risk. Apparently, there are signs to that effect scattered around the property. I saw no such signs on the property and if they exist, are not clearly visible. Nor is this No Lifeguards policy stated on the hotel's website. Had the pool been properly maintained, I wouldn’t have been injured and could’ve supervised my children. The absence of lifeguards at a supposedly family-friendly resort is a major problem. We won’t be returning. The hotel’s failure to ensure basic child safety overshadows its beauty and service. Until they install lifeguards and repair the pool, I cannot recommend Andaz Bali to families.

Unser Aufenthalt im Andaz kann mit einem Wort beschrieben werden: perfekt! Das Personal zuvorkommend, höflich, freundlich und professionell, mit einer persönlichen Note. Man hat sich gleich willkommen gefühlt! Die Anlage ist fantastisch, man fühlt sich mitten in der Natur und doch ist alles weitläufig, aufgeräumt und wunderschön angelegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben alles, was das Herz begehrt - eine kostenlose alkoholfreie minibar und Snacks versüßen zudem den Alltag. Ein absolutes Highlight ist zudem das Frühstück - a la carte und absolut besonders, mit vielen unfassbar köstlichen Gerichten.
