Arama Riverside

it was meticously clean. the staff were so wonderful. just a few issues the "fully equipped kitchen" not so much 1 dented small pot and 2 scratched up frying pans could do breakfast for sure and a sandwich for lunch. planned on doing some dinners not really possible. no oven no bbq and 2 propane burners for cooking. the coffee maker is a kettle and instant coffee. the extensive choice of dvd's doesnt exsist. ordered room service once did not do it again.not very good maybe off night for the cook. all that grumpiness aside restuarants are so close by so wasnt a big deal.again the staff were fantastic. our villa had a bit of a electrical issue for a couple days. they worked hard to get it fixed. check out time is 12 noon we werent flying out till 1030 that night. we stayed in our villa till 630 pm no extra charge. the manager is Dian. great person. all in all i would recommend this resort loved the exceptional cleanliness and the staff are wonderful people. one last thing, careful about the hot water tap, shower and sink. Hot is Hot scalding actually. if you bringing kids heads up

Take 20mins walk from Legian main street.The location is a bit distant from seminyak and Kuta, need to take a taxi. The villa is nice and comfortable. Pool is lovely. No air conditioner in the bathroom so the shower during daytime is not so comfy. We enjoyed its in-room dining and spa service. The staff is friendly and helpful.

hotel sympathique très propre piscine au top . petit effort à faire sur le personnel pas assez discret , rentre dans la villa sans y être invité, pas assez à l'écoute des ses invités. peu mieux faire sur ce point au vu de la qualité de ses villas. note générale : très bien

Staff were always friendly and accommodating. Was nice a central with a little alley way to get onto the main strip. Rooms were comfortable and pool lovely. Room service was very good and service quick. We were a family with preteens and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Would recommend as a place to stay.

We were spoiled with the outstanding staff services and facilities inside our villa - we stayed at freshly renovated villa number 2. There were only 4 of us (me, wifey and our 2 boys (7 & 4 yo)) in our two spacious bedrooms villa. Kids and wifey really enjoyed to have our own private swimming pool and they played in this pool day or night. We enjoyed our 6 days stayed at Arama and highly recommended this villa though the location are not in the common hotel or villa area.

Great place to stay. Excellent location, central to everything by foot. The villas are spacious and very comfortable. Very private and quiet. We highly recommend

We stayed one night at Arama villas we paid for 5 but left without a refund as the doors have massive gaps and woke up with about 50 mozzies in the room. The bathroom looked like it had been flooded it was gross! We paid for a pool fence and it was it was like a fly screen that she could just crawl under or push over - completely unsafe. We felt unsafe and not comfortable in the villa. Nobody had heard of the villas and now we know why.

This was a great value resort. It suited all our family needs. It's in a quiet neighborhood, just off Jalan Legian with many places within walking distance. We would definitely go back as it was a pleasant, relaxing environment in a lovely setting. However a couple of improvements would be to have an iron and ironing board in each villa. We asked for them one evening to be told they were all out. (We got them the next day, but the board had nails sticking out of it which tore the clothes). The villa had all other facilities, but we suggested an ipod outlet and a coffee press to keep it on par with other similar resorts. The online service was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly at the resort, but a couple of mornings the receptionist (male) did not seem to have a strong command of English (and I even had some Bahasa) and communication was so easy on those occasions. Nonetheless, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Lovely place Would stay here again but without small children

Stayed for our last night in Bali with my partner and our two young kids (3 & 1). The location was the major draw back, as we couldn't walk to the main area of Seminyak. The villa itself was lovely, though I didn't quite realise the pool would be so close to the lounge and bedrooms. Wasn't great for my 18mth old who has no fear. However the staff service was great, really friendly, the room service was delicious and we enjoyed our stay.

ホテルについたらチェックインではなく、予約したホテルじゃない別のホテルへ連れて行かれた。 言葉があまり通じないが、工事中だからとのこと。 工事の日程位事前に分かるし、連絡もできたはず。 エクスペディアに電話しても、音声案内のみ。 対応が悪すぎる。

日本語が話せる人は滞在していないが、宿泊施設としてのコストパフォーマンスは充分でした。レギャン通りにも裏道からいけば２分で出れます。
