Club Rooms are only moderate and are of questionable value. The private club pool area is similar and lacks any lux. More disturbing were all the young families with kids incessant screaming and disruptions. Added to that kids in nappies should not be in the club pool in my opinion Will not be returning

Hotellet är fint och fräscht, trevlig personal men blev serverad väldigt dålig kyckling som verkade rå och när jag talade om det till personalen så verkade dem inte riktigt bry sig. Men annars var allt bra, jättefint pool område och fin strand, fräscha, stora rum och trevlig frukostbuffé.

A wonderful hotel stay. The staff were exceptional and the facilities were outstanding. The sangara lounge was a real treat. Our son loved the kids club too, especially the fishing!

A fantastic property with exceptional staff and level of service - nothing is too much trouble

The property itself is beautiful. It was very busy when we stayed there so most of the day beds were taken but we were able to pull some together. We loved watching the sunset and walking to get massages and kids hair braided. Good dining options and great to walk on the beach for a meal too. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Unfortunately I got sick the first night after eating a Greek salad but besides that we loved our stay. Room was excellent!! Perfect for families. Very memorable stay, thank you

We ate CO teppanyaki No Japanese soy sause even Japanese restaurant also white rice was cold and dry which is suppose to little wet

When we checked in they sat us at a dirty table that had not been cleaned after previous guests. Bottles and glasses still on the table and floor. Our room was adjacent to the service elevator and guest elevator, twin beds instead of the king I had requested, and one bed very lopsided! I requested another room and they apologized and accommodated us quickly. The rest of our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the pool side bar, beach and best of all breakfast was amazing and service excellent! We also loved the cooking class at the restaurant! The food was so delicious! The property grounds are very beautiful and we loved strolling around enjoying the relaxing inspiration of nature!

Infraestrutura excelente. Equipe extremamente simpatica. Hotel muito antigo. Os apartamentos infelizmente deixam muito a desejar. 4 dias com cheiro forte de umidade. Do começo ao fim todos os dias. As roupas de cama e tudo no quarto fica umido. O ar condicionado nao tem como usar devido ao cheiro forte. Uma pena.

스미냑에서 3일 여행후 , 짐바란왔는데 호텔 안에 비치가 연결 되어 있어서 바다 수영 + 수영장 수영 하기 너무 좋았음! 조식은 생각 보다 쏘쏘였고, 안에서 선셋 비치 + 식당 다 이용하기 좋았음 . 가족 단위가 많았고 수영장에 바가 연결되어있어서 수영 하다가 칵테일 , 주스 먹기도 좋았음. 확실히 지어진지 꽤 된 호텔이라 샤워기 필터는 한번 쓰면 까맣게 변해서, 필터 하루에 1-2개 쓸 생각으로 사오기를 권장함! 호텔 안 에어컨 , 시설은 오래 지어진거 감안 한다면 전체적인 시설은 대만족!

10/10. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful resort on the beachfront. Several swimming pools and places to eat, as well as activities on offer, it makes you never want to leave. Staff went above and beyond to help us at all times, including providing lunch boxes for us at 6am for our day trip and dealing with any requests we had.

安定しているサービス。長く勤めているスタッフさんが名前を呼んで挨拶来てくれる覚えててくれている。とても気遣いができるクラブのスタッフ。このホテルのクラブは完璧だと思う。日本人は見なかったけど、少なくなった日本人。

取引先から近く利便性と料金で選びました。古き良き雰囲気で清潔、スタッフも感じが良くビーチ付き。広い敷地は散歩にはちょうど良く、快適に過ごしました。夜はエアコンを消して眠れます。（施設全体のエアコンが稼働しているのか？、部屋のエアコンを消してもそれなりに涼しい） 朝のガムラン生演奏や朝焼けのプライベートビーチに癒されます。 タクシーはアプリを使うと、来ない・捕まらない、という事は無く、日本と違ってコンビニやスーパーは途中で寄ってもらえるので歩き回る不便さは感じず。 目的や楽しみ方、シーズンによるのかもしれませんが、コスパが良く満足でした。夜に突然聞こえてくる爆音の音楽だけが残念で不思議。あれは誰用なんだろう…。

Lovely resort! Beautiful staff! Amazing food!

Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort im Intercontinental Bali und gleich vorweg: Der Sonnenuntergang ist (vorausgesetzt es ist nicht bewölkt) extrem schön und war eines unserer Highlights vom kompletten Bali Urlaub :-) Der Pool ist ebenfalls super und das Meer ist, wenn es die Wellen zulassen & je nach Ebbe und Flut angenehm zum baden. Jedoch haben wir am 1. Tag ein "feuchtes" Zimmer bekommen... zuerst ist uns nur der wirklich unangenehme Geruch aufgefallen, doch dann beim Schlafen gehen haben wir gemerkt, dass das Bett richtig feucht ist. Wir haben dann mit jemanden von der Lobby mehrere Zimmer durchprobiert, jedoch haben sich die ganzen Betten feucht angefühlt, weshalb wir die Nacht in dem Bett verbringen mussten. Am nächsten Tag in der Früh haben wir dann sofort mit einem Manager sprechen können und ein Zimmerupgrade in ein vermutlich neueres Zimmer und zusätzlich eine Entfeuchtungsanlange bekommen & damit war das Problem dann erledigt! (Gott sei Dank, denn bereits nach der einen Nacht hatte man das Gefühl, dass der ganze Koffer "munkelt"...) Also man kann Pech mit dem Zimmer haben, aber wir hatten als wir mit dem Problem zur Lobby gegangen sind wirklich einen TOP Service & vermutlich auch etwas Glück, dass das bessere Zimmer frei war während des Aufenthalts! ;-) Frühstück und Essen im Hotel überall sehr sehr lecker, jedoch relativ teuer im Vergleich zu den Preisen in Bali. Personal super freundlich! Nähe zum Flughafen super als Abschluss für den Urlaub!
